This is what I am concerned with. If this type of thing happens at any church I am at. I will walk out… is that wrong?? I couldn’t beat it. I was out of town a month ago and visited a parish that didn’t have kneelers. I left and managed to make it to a different parish just in time for their mass…. Only to find out they too didn’t have kneeler. I stayed and knelt on the floor. The disregard for the savior being present in the church really gets my goat!!!

It's a good idea to store at least one virtual copy of the 1992 catechism and older versions as well...
What HH said. I've also heard "Their sin was failure to welcome the strangers". May God forgive me but I've heard some people refer to a period in history as the Pornocracy and I suspect that the current period will come to be known as the Sodomocracy. I really need to stop reading these threads.
sure to be safe, in the future the Revisionists would say it must be a a "Mandela Effect," as a way of gaslighting you...
All this is so sad and depressing but I am thinking of AED who got a word from the lord at Adoration and the hymn Our God Reigns. It happens to be my very favourite hymn that I sang when I visited the Holy Land many years ago. We were at the little church on lake Galilee, Mensa Christi, where Jesus cooked breakfast for the apostles and called them back from the lake. They were disillusioned and had given up. He filled them with hope and joy. All these things are purifying the Holy church and washing out all the hidden dirt. The Holy Spirit is shining a light on everything. Praise the Lord. Our God Reigns!!
They have lost their faith. This is a tragedy to watch. A horror to contemplate if God does not call them back. And as Malachi Martin said to Bernard Janzen once on the subject "Jesus doesn't always call them back....He may give them a look in passing....but He does not always call them back"
Yes! Thank you maryrose. That is exactly right. That is what I felt and knew in my heart that morning. Our God reigns!. As I said in the other post the sense of the Holy Spirit was so strong my hands went up without my willing it in a posture of praise. I've been humming and singing it ever since. God is purifying the Church. And His people. And our poor sad world. Our God reigns!!
