    Agree. Ghastly.
Such long range planning indicates Freemasonry to me.

I totally get what you are saying. 11 years ago, I was a lector (Scripture reader at Holy Mass) at our big city's Cathedral. This made me feel quite special. :) Now, I am just a lowly guy in the pews of a Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) parish. But I think this is actually an improvement. The lived faith, the theology, the teaching, even the language of the Bible translations is much more traditional in a TLM parish, in line with what the Church always believed and taught.

And yes, in the Novus Ordo (NO), they are ever so slowly and slightly keep on modernising the Bible translations and the theology taught - so the lived faith is slowly changing. And after decades of NO we have reached a point where TLM and NO are practically almost different religions. Our former member Mac (Luke) used to say: "Novus Ordoism is not Catholicism."

After the 'vaccination'-campaign, more and more people are no longer ashamed to be conspiracy theorists. There are strange rumors about Annibale Bugnini (the composer of the NO), some mumble he was part of a dark group. Our former poster SgCatholic used to say: "The NO was conceived in malice."

I am glad to be a member of a TLM parish now. As you say, "they" have slowly but surely taken away something from us via the NO - the Catholicism of old. It can still be found in TLM parishes.

But of course, there is grace in NO, too. I still attend NO masses, although rarely. For example, our local NO parish has Adoration on Friday mornings, which sometimes suits me (our parish has Adoration on Thursday mornings and all day on the First Fridays.) The people at our NO parish, they are God-loving and warmhearted just like those in our parish. I love them!

Yes, I also owe a lot to the Catholic Charismatic Renewal. The Novus Ordo priest, who married me and my wife, belongs to Charismatic Renewal. I am so glad to have this anchor of faith in these hard times. And I also admire and cherish St. JP II and Pope Benedict.

I am very, very sorry to hear about your family. I also went through a loosey goosy RCIA in 2009. I decided to simply go through it, to reach baptism, I did not pay much attention to the touchy-feely lectures. This is because I knew about Fatima, the Shroud of Turin, Eucharist Miracles, etc. Perhaps those miracles/facts are something to share with your family?

    God bless

    Yes I know his name.
He also said we would be more in touch with our feminine side which was part of celtic Spirituality and we would no longer refer to God as he. Also the Irish church would no longer be shackled to Rome and would be completely independent.
Of course the round table has been laid out for us at the synod.

Penance, penance, penance, the Angel with the flaming sword said in Fatima! You can do it, because you are an old-guard fighter. I will try, too, but I have become very soft over the years. :(

The devil is so strong at the moment. I feet it very much tonight like cold dark winds howling about. Both in the World and in the Church.

But as St Paul said nearly 2,000 years ago what will separate us from the love of Christ? Nothing, not even death. We enter a period of Great, Great Darkness with Christ walking right beside us.

But how terrible it will be for those without Him.
I remember one time being nervous about the future and Jesus said to me quite clearly,

'Have I ever let you down in the past?'

    I answered,

    'No'.

    He then said,

'Then what makes you think I will desert you in the future?'

Still, Padraig, The Father on us bestows, through the Holy Spirit, the gift of the Two Hearts!

Though Protestants can't perceive the fury and fear the devil holds toward both Jesus and Mary, in many ways they are inseparable. This is why Don Bosco's vision had two pillars, Our Lady and her Son in the Eucharist, purity and humility combined! The Two will bring the Church through the Storm that rages around us.

Yes at the end of the day as the vision shows all our Protestant sisters and brothers coming back to the Barque of Peter, the Jews as well.

Shocking indeed. I copied the Chaplet of tears prayers and put it in my bible and said it at Adoration today. I hope to remember it often . Much prayer needed for our bishops as well.

Well I have dispatched my email to the Bishop. I am not holding my breath but surely if more than one person protests he will take note. I think I understand now why B Strickland had to go he was a big stumbling block to their vision. God bless him and yes we need to pray for our Bishops.

Surprised today to get an acknowledgement of my email from the bishops secretary. She said he is away for next week and a half and she will be putting it on his desk on his return.
Any communication with my own bishop is rarely acknowledged.
