    I mainly had traditional quite painful migraines prior to strokes, with only rare ocular migraines, but I’ve only had ocular migraines since.

    …Around 25–30% of people with migraine experience [ocular] aura.

    …According to the American Migraine Foundation, migraine with aura increases the risk of stroke. This may be due to a temporary narrowing of blood vessels. This can lead to the formation of blood clots which can cause a stroke.​

    Thanks Padraig. BP has dropped and stabilized now.
