Trying to say it several times a week along with my regular Rosary ad the Chaplet of Mercy. I am finishing up 30 say consecration to St. Joseph which is simply beautiful.
Just finished praying it! Before I saw this. (Confirmation?)I woke up at 3 AM and looked for the DM chaplet on my tablet and prayed along and then the 7 Sorrows popped up so I prayed that too. I hope I can do it every day.
The Seven Sorrows Rosary has had a very profound effect on my prayer life and my general being. My wife and I have been going to Eucharistic Adoration every Friday from 7-8pm, and I save this Rosary for that time. I've had times where I've been moved to lay on my face while reciting it and have had moments of deep sadness. For myself it has been pretty powerful.
