The piece of news is in spanish but it basically and mainly says Bukele achieved 0 murders in 500 days in a row in his country. Literally 0, no one killed other person for 500 days. not even inside the prison! (Leftists hated so much on the "oppressive" prisons, but no one dies there. in Venezuela, Brazil, etc, leftists paradises, prison riots take the life of dozens or even hundreds) .
This is very uplifting because its hard to conceive nowadays, a society where murder just doesn't exist. but it's possible. also el salvador consistently ranked among the 5 world's highest homicide rates for decades. Bukele changed that in 5 or so- years.

I have been following the situation there for a long time. It's not that there aren't murders, there were 154 murders last year, but for comparison, in 2015, there were 6,700 murders in a country of 6 million inhabitants, and they were the first in the world if you look at the rate per 100,000 people.
They probably meant murders by gangs, which were frequent, and now that its members have been imprisoned, there are no such type of murders.

That is why he is the target of various world human rights associations, liberal organizations, Soros' organizations that talk about a dictator, and until recently nobody cared about the victims, the families who lived in fear, the young people who could not get an education. El Salvador has been reborn, their tourism is on the rise, their economy is growing. Over 60,000 gang members were imprisoned, which is over 1% of the population. It is interesting how his people love him, and the world organizations for "human rights" as well as foreign "democratic" governments do not like him...

An interesting fact— El Salvador is the first country in the world to adopt bitcoin as legal tender.
