My youngest graduated from high school last year. He is trying to find a paid apprenticeship in a skilled trade. Pray he lands a job with bright future. Thanks.
Actually, the sales pitch concerning the usefulness of a college degree (huge costs) wears thin. A job in the trades (i.e. electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc) pay well in the States. Prayers!
Amen! Our youngest (who was struggling in so many ways) has been in an electrical trade /apprentice job for past few months. He has a new look on life… he’s not making a lot, but he has hope and is working hard. I’m greatful to God for guiding him. Prayers for all young people in these very challenging times.
