    The Rosary is a powerful weapon for our times. This forum rosary is for all members, our intentions, for peace in our hearts and the whole world, the conversion of poor sinners and first and foremost View attachment 1347 for Our Holy Mother Mary's intentions and reparation to her Immaculate Heart.

    After the announcement of the mystery and scripture for it, please feel free to add any meditations for the mystery.
    Then we can do the prayers of the decade for that mystery. Add any intention you wish before you add a prayer.

    In the Name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

    I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth;
    and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord,
    Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
    He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead;
    He ascended into Heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
    I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.
    Amen.

    Our Father, who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name.
    Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
    Give us this day our daily bread,
    and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
    And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

    Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
    Blessed art thou amongst women and
    Blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

    Holy Mary, Mother of God,
    Pray for us sinners,
    now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

    Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
    Blessed art thou amongst women and
    Blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

    Holy Mary, Mother of God,
    pray for us sinners,
    now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

    Hail Mary, full of grace the Lord is with thee.
    Blessed art thou amongst women and
    Blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

    Holy Mary, Mother of God,
    pray for us sinners,
    now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

    Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
    as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be,
    world without end. Amen

    The Annunciation of the Lord
    The Annunciation in Scripture - Luke chapter 1, from verse 26:"The angel Gabriel was sent from God to a town of Galilee called Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, of the house of David, and the virgin's name was Mary. And coming to her, he said, "Hail, favoured one! The Lord is with you." But she was greatly troubled at what was said and pondered what sort of greeting this might be. Then the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favour with God. Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name Him Jesus. He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, and the Lord God will give Him the throne of David His father, and He will rule over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end." But Mary said to the angel, "How can this be, since I have no relations with a man?" And the angel said to her in reply, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the Child to be born will be called Holy, the Son of God. And behold, Elizabeth, your relative, has also conceived a son in her old age, and this is the sixth month for her who was called barren; for nothing will be impossible for God." Mary said, "Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word." Then the angel departed from her."

    In the First Joyful Mystery, “The Annunciation to Mary inaugurates the ‘fullness of time’ (referred to in Galatians 4:4), the time of the fulfilment of God’s promises and preparations.”
    (Article 484 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church)

    Word Made Flesh. Our Beautiful Christ left the comforts and glories of Heaven to live amongst fallen mankind with all it's sinfulness. He desired to become one of us. To show us love, to teach us how to love, and to invite us to love.

    Here, we become aware of the Third Person of The Holy Trinity. The Heavenly Father has found greatness in Mary's littleness. Jesus now residing in her Womb. The Holy Spirit overshadowing her and bringing about this miracle on earth.. where time stood still

    I always think of our Father's love in giving us His Beloved Son, Of Jesus's love in coming to us. I always see the crucifix in this mystery, Our Father in His Great Love giving us our redemption through His Son's Precious Blood, of the great love of Jesus. And of Mary. Such a young girl who knew scripture so well that she knew what the Saviour of her people would suffer and yet she gives her fiat to God with a heart full of love and faith.

    Absolutely amazing. And all she asks us to do is pray and live good lives. We learn so much from her when we look at her life and try to do as she did..

    All that littleness, all that humility, all that perfect love for God.. and wow... Look what God did for us through her fiat as you so rightly pointed out Hope.

    We don't know that we are born..

    All the prophecies, all the visions, nothing is more exciting or more full of love than this.. Simplicity of heart lived out in faithful love.. Mother Mary.. simple handmaid of the Lord. I still see her as His (God's) little Mary.

    The Visitation
    The Visitation in Scripture - Luke chapter 1, from verse 39:"During those days Mary set out and traveled in haste to the hill country to a town of Judah, where she entered the house of Zechariah and greeted Elizabeth. When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the infant [John the Baptist] leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth, filled with the Holy Spirit, cried out in a loud voice and said, "Most blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb. And how does this happen to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? For at the moment the sound of your greeting reached my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy. Blessed are you who believed that what was spoken to you by the Lord would be fulfilled." And Mary said:

    "My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord;
    my spirit rejoices in God my savior.
    For He has looked upon his handmaid's lowliness;
    behold, from now on will all ages call me blessed.
    The Mighty One has done great things for me, and Holy is His name.
    His mercy is from age to age to those who fear Him.
    He has shown might with His arm, dispersed the arrogant of mind
    and heart.
    He has thrown down the rulers from their thrones but lifted up the
    lowly.
    The hungry He has filled with good things; the rich He has sent away
    empty.
    He has helped Israel His servant, remembering His mercy,
    according to His promise to our fathers, to Abraham and to His
    descendants forever."

    Mary remained with [Elizabeth] about three months and then returned to her home."

    In the Second Joyful Mystery, “Mary’s visitation to Elizabeth thus became a visit from God to His people”
    (Article 717 of the Catechism of the Catholic Church).
