Poverty is no excuse for murder. Teenagers need to be taught that if they indulge in procreation they will most likely end up pregnant. They need to be told to abstain from copulation until they have established a means to support a newborn baby, and remind them it will take 16 to 18 years of their young lives before that newborn is able to fend for itself. No matter what colour or race or creed. Continence is what needs to be taught in school. In fact the very opposite is being forced on children as young as 3 or 4 years old nowadays. Disgraceful.
