I want to go to Garabandal spring 2024. I will fly from Dublin to Santander. I'm not sure how I will get from Santander to Garabandal. Has anyone gone to Garabandal via Santander and if so how did you travel?
You could take your car on the ferry to Santander and drive to Garabandal https://www.brittany-ferries.ie/ferry-routes/planning/low-fare-finder
There is a local train which takes you from Santander as far as Cabezon de la Sal. From there you could take a taxi. About 40 min later you are in San Sebastian de Garabandal. I went there in 2009. Things might be different now but back then I think it was a FEVE train at the Santander - FEVE station.

I note this blogger references Glen several times. Your inclination to go this upcoming Spring is aligned with her date of April 11th. I know there are many on this site who know much about Garabandal. I’m curious as to your thoughts on what this person says could be a possibility? With so much going on in this world, it feels like 2024 could be a year where these events happen? To think it’s only 4 months away makes me have more urgency to keep converting and to do all I can to get my family to convert.
I think it's unlikely. There's still much that needs to happen. Pope to moscow, massive persecution of the church. Russia overruning great part of Europe....seems to still be a few years off.
I think some of the Garabandal messages may have been misinterpreted. What if Conchita did not hear the Pope will visit the Patriarch of Moscow, and instead heard only the Pope will visit Moscow. It’s quite possible. After all we were wrong about Joey’s eyesight.
I just don’t see this Pope getting invited by Putin to Moscow. It would be quite a contradiction. And for what?
Maybe. I hope so, just basing it off of things Mari loli and Conchita have said it doesn't seem like we are there yet. But time will tell.
It looks like 2024 is too soon for the events to happen - Pope goes to Moscow - hostilities break out - coinciding with a rare event in the Church I am not ruling out 2024 but 4 months is a short period to fit all this in - if not 2024 then 2026 might be it. But I didn't think we would get to 2023 and no warning so what do I know - I've been waiting from the 1990s and still waiting. 'When things are at their worst' - we are definitely getting closer to that in the Church and in the world!
Thanks for these thoughts. I do recall now the part of prophecy tgat Pope must go to Moscow. That does seem unlikely before this April. But I suppose anything can happen. When I ponder that the world will continue to spiral downward with more tine, it is kind of frightening. But, I know this is what the evil one wants me to think. If I trul am A “Christian” man, then I must always have hope and joy in my heart and action. I think I can only do this with the Grace God gives me and through the sacraments. I know the grace will always be there but I truly worry about the sacraments and the access I will have to them. So much to ponder as this new year is about to start. Grateful for this forum to have fellowship with so many people contemplating this as well. Peace.
I was thinking of going there last summer and asked a friend who had recently been there about travel options from santander. She said public transport will get you most but not all of the way there (taxi the rest of the way) on weekdays but no public transport at weekends, just taxis. About 120 euros for taxi from santander airport to Garabandal. I think ferry to Santander and driving is probably the best option if you can manage that.
Same with me. I learned many years ago that things can drag out much longer than we think. 10 years from now may seem like way too long before the warning, but from God's perspective 10 years Is like, tomorrow. So who knows. Only thing we can probably say is true is that it should be in Conchitas lifetime, she's 74. But that still gives us probably a 20 year window. So I guess we just wait and see!
If the Ukraine war escalates all hell will break loose. And we are very close to that happening. I still believe the meeting between Pope Francis and Patriarch Kirill in Cuba was significant. After that meeting, all hell did break loose. Look where we are today.
I agree...however there's much h that still needs to happen. 2024 appears to soon. 3-5 years seems more likely
