A Question: is the timing of the triumph of the Immaculate Heart set for a specific period or can we hasten it by our prayers?
So, that means to pray also for the hastening of all that is to happen before the Triumph? The great apostasy, chastisement, antichrist etc?
At least the painful events that would lead to triumph, such as apostasy in the Church, for example; they had a predetermined date to occur, in my opinion. St. Faustina’s Worst Suffering was 84 years ago December 17th, 2020, Promulgated by Diane Harris St. Faustina recorded in paragraph 323 of her diary the details of the worst suffering she ever experienced. It was on December 17, 1936, the day Jorge Mario Bergoglio was born. St. Faustina wrote: https://www.cleansingfire.org/2020/12/st-faustinas-worst-suffering-was-84-years-ago-today/
You mean pray to shorten the days of the great apostasy, chastisement, and the antichrist Just like the bible says "unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake those days will be shortened." Matthew 24:22
Yes, I think we can hasten the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart by prayers, specifically the Rosary. We are now in the great apostasy and chastisement. The antichrist may come only after a long time after the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart, depending on interpretation. Our Lady has constantly called for daily Rosaries, as our weapon in these apocalyptic times. She did so at Fatima and Akita. Then, in 2019, the same angel that had announced the events of Our Lady of Akita to Sr. Agnes Sasagawa appeared again to Sr. Agnes. He reiterated to Sister: "Tell the world to put on ashes and pray a penitential Rosary daily." I think the Rosary can both hasten the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart and defend us from assaults. It can also make reparation for some of our sins. Exorcists say that demons tend to flee when the Mother of God gets invoked. In that sense, the Holy Rosary serves both as an offensive and defensive spiritual weapon, specifically in these apocalyptic times.
Seeing as we can get so angry and fearful of what's happening to our beloved church and in the world, perhaps it could be an idea to see it all as being allowed by God for the coming triumph of the Immaculate Heart. Rather than being angry and giving verbal abuse whilst not being able to change a single thing by our ranting, would we not be better off doing what Our Lady asks for in these times, praying, penance and reparation? All in peace. If we lose our peace, the old boy gets a foot in the doorway.
You are so correct. I was told this very thing by a very holy priest in confession. "Above all do not lose your peace"
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Oh, you nailed it! I admit, I am guilty of ranting and being angry. But instead, as you said, I should focus on prayer and and penance. In Fatima, before Our Lady appeared, an angel with the flaming sword appeared, as I recall - he cried: "Penance, penance, penance!" Yes, I think you are right - God is allowing these tribulations to purify us and to prepare us for the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart. How joyful we will be! Imagine, in the Northern Hemisphere, the cold and dark days of November. Then, the Christ child arrives. What joy, what bliss! God bless all here. We keep praying and offering our Rosaries. Today, by the way, I experienced an amazing miracle, or a mere coincidence: Two days ago, I had lost a bundle of keys which contained my Kia car keys and my house and garage keys, etc. I checked everywhere, including the front door locks both from the inside and from the outside, and our front porch. I thought I had lost them at the swimming pool, where I went that day with the Nissan to take my kids for a splash. Usually, when I drive the Nissan, I take the Kia key bundle also, as that bundle holds my house keys. On two different days, I asked at the swimming pool if someone has turned in my keys - no luck. The keys remained lost for over two days. I worried, as the bundle contained so many important keys, including our house keys. My son suggested a novena to St. Anthony. This had worked before, when I had lost something else. (I lose things often, I guess you could call me a loser). Anyway, we started praying a traditional novena to St. Anthony. It can be found here: https://laycistercians.com/prayer-to-st-anthony/ Today, I took the entire family for a drive (not in the Kia). When we got back, the bundle of keys was lying right in front of our door, on the doormat. It had definitely not been there before. We had searched that front door and surrounding area up and down yesterday. Nobody at the swimming pool knows my address. If one of the neighbours found the keys - well, I saw the neigbhours from both sides today and none of them mentioned anything. It also begs the question, where would they have found the keys? We had searched our driveway up and down and checked inside the cars and in the garage thoroughly. Anyway, this might be a mere coincidence, someone might have put the keys on our doormat. Or it might be a small miracle. In any case, we offered a thanksgiving prayer to St. Anthony. It can also be found at the link above. When praying the novena, I made a promise to St. Anthony not to yell inside the house anymore. So now I have to keep this promise. If I get angry at the kids, I have to find a peaceful way of dealing with it, no yelling. That's basically my promise to St. Anthony now! Amen to that! Nada te turbe, nada te espante todo se pasa, Dios no se muda, la paciencia todo lo alcanza, quien a Dios tiene nada le falta solo Dios basta. - Teresa de Jesus
Wonderful! We had a similar but much smaller miracle happen recently, where my son lost his favorite Christmas present--a pair of pretend glasses--on Christmas day. We searched everywhere and prayed to St. Anthony. My son received a statue of St. Anthony from my mom, and put it on his prayer altar. A few days later, when he woke up in the morning and opened the door, there were his glasses neatly folded lying in his doorway. No one in the family has any clue how they got there!
Oh wow, maybe the doorway is St. Anthony's thing. I may check specifically with our neighbours though, to make sure it wasn't them.
I cannot tell you how many times St Anthony has come through for me in remarkable even miraculous ways. I am so pleased for you to have had this miracle of the keys. What a great and faithful saint he is.
Yes, I am amazed, too. To be sure, I asked both neighbours specifically whether it was them who put my keys on our front porch. It could hardly have been someone else, as we live on a long driveway with two neighbours on the same driveway, and it is nearly impossible that the keys dropped on the open road. The swimming pool does not have my address, and if they did, they would have my phone number also and would have called instead of driving several kilometers. I am still waiting to hear back from one couple of neighbours, whom I texted, asking specifically if they put my keys on our front porch. God bless! Holy St. Anthony, pray for us. I have yet to keep my promise to St. Anthony, not to yell at my kids. My wife is on an Ignatian retreat for one week, which is a small miracle in itself, so I am alone with three kids, the youngest nearly two years old. We are doing well, though. The kids are having fun, we do lots of things. But sometimes I get stressed. God bless all here. We just finished our family rosary.
