Actually Mike, she never used the "incorrupt" , but you wouldn't know that ,since "cherry pick " your attacks, with limited information. Mary said to Conchita " intact " Here's the EXACT QUOTE:
Conchita, in a letter dated August 2, 1964, wrote this to Father Ramon Andreu (his brother) “On July 18 (1964), I had a locution in which I was told that on the day after the miracle your brother (Fr. Luis Andreu) would be removed from his grave and his body would be intact.”
SO in fact , the Blessed Mother said it would be " THE DAY AFTER THE MIRACLE ", NOT BEFORE ! The prophecy is still valid until then.

Ho Hum its come down to the definition of an incorrupt body...... Andy is right, it is Holy Thursday now and your arguments have not convinced anyone. Nor has those of us who believe in and defend our Lady of Garabandal convinced the 3 naysayers. So in the spirit of the risen Lord it is time to move on to more fruitful discussions.

This whole thread is huge waist of my precious time. Conchita was right again, it detracts from my spiritual life.

To Mike, Mac and Steve. I've developed into somewhat of a lurker here on the forum, I'd contribute only if I have something worthwhile to say. Anyway, most of the posts here and on other threads concur with my own belief system.
That being said, I feel duty bound to say something in which I feel very strongly about. The societies in which we inhabit are made up of many different people with many different belief systems, morals, hang ups, foibles etc
There has been innumerable occasions throughout history (and in our own social circle I dare say) where one set of people have tried to convince other people of the rights and wrongs of a particular situation. In most of those instances, the people trying to do the convincing gets frustrated or annoyed at the lack of understanding of the other set of people. The other set of people tend to cling on to their beliefs as they believe they are under attack. That their beliefs or understanding are in some way being jeopardized.
So the result of all of this 'tooing and frowing', is an impasse. Nobody wants to lose ground, nobody wants to admit defeat or they were wrong. Internationally, we only have to look at the Ukraine situation for an example of this, Syria even. We've all been there and will be there again in our own private lives, because it's human nature to converse, to 'argue the toss'.
So, in essence, what I'm trying to say is, you're not going to convince Glenn, Fatima, Garabandal and the many 'pro Garabandal' forum lurkers with your arguments because not only are their belief in the apparitions and subsequent messages very strong but they will not want to concede defeat on this subject. It's human nature after all.
    Now.....back to some more lurking;)

Actually, I shouldn't have used the word "intact" because that means the same as incorrupt. "Intact" means untouched or uninjured. Everybody responded to my post before I had a chance to edit it. I referred to the word "incorrupt" because YOU YOURSELF used that word repeatedly and that is the word I have read in many books and articles about Garabandal. The fact remains that you have to repeatedly stretch the meaning of phrases or words in order to get the prophecies to make any sense after the fact. It's the same with the prophecy about the number of popes before the end of time. All the books and articles I read before quoted it as "end of time." After too many popes had been elected and the world did not end, the quote conveniently changed to "end of the times," which is an awkward and non-sensical phrase.

I don't think this entire discussion is a good use of our time. The time of mercy is nearly over so we should be focusing on spiritual readiness for what is to come. Garabandal and medj will be proven true or false in the very near future based on the events that are about to happen. We have so little time left and debating on this thread is not a good use of it.
