Thank you for posting the original. I saw that the French and English translations of this message use different terms and immediately wondered about the original message. How I wish that translators would have the utmost respect for the Word and translate more literally and when they can't, include a note that explains the original term used. It evokes images that are important.

Daniel O'Connor also points out that this message is different from others in his latest blog post here.

It is the first time that I can think of that a message at medjugorje has so obviously been a commentary on or description of contemporary events.

I rely on the judgment of the Church too. Although I've never been to Medjugorje I believe in the graces coming from there. For almost a decade, I lived a fast high living party lifestyle with a full blown emotional drug addiction. After I watched a video tape of the Apparition back in 1985 I went home and thought about Our Blessed Mother . I told her that I loved drugs and my lifestyle but I just wanted to say that I love Her and Her Son. I went to sleep and when I woke up I felt completely different. My desire for drugs and my lifestyle was totally removed from me. I never asked God or Our Blessed Mother for that but I was totally changed from that day onward and I never looked back. Thank you God!

    Matthew 7:15-20

You Will Know Them by Their Fruits
15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.

I don't believe Our Blessed Lady would have given this Message unless the Holy Father were very rapidly approaching the end of his Earthly Life.

To have given this Message would otherwise have placed Medugorje on a direct collision course with Rome and would have been very imprudent.

It may also be a sign that the next Pope may be a very good, Marian one, otherwise the same circumstance would occur.

Yes, magnify the Lord together! As I look at this multi-racial choir lifting their hearts to God, I am reminded of:

Revelation 7:9 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands; 10 and they cry out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb." 11 And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 12 saying, "Amen, blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen."

What the Church has done and is doing in relation with the covid tyranny is beyond belief. It is so utterly insane and diabolical that words fail me.

I love it so much that Our Lady Magnified the Lord at the Annunciation.

I can just picture Mary and Gabriel dancing and clapping their hands. :)

Praise is the dance partner of humility.

I'm so pleased that the Magnificat is part and parcel of each day's evening prayer in the breviary!:ROFLMAO:

I’ve begun to reread Dietrich Bonhoeffer lately as our “bondage “ increases. This quote aptly sums up where we are

“Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.”

I talked one time to a gentleman from Paris who fought in the French Resistance against the Germans when France was occupied. The films make it seem like every second French person was in the Resistance. But actually he told me that very , very few French people fought against the occupation. The Resistance Fighters were seen by wider society as Terrorists, murderers and basically as scum. I would guess in any situation were Freedom is at risk those who are prepared to take risks would be very, very small indeed. It's always far easier to go with the Establishment flow. Both within the Church and without. Being a sheep seems to make the best sense.

If we look at the lives of the saints, for instance, they were almost invariably attacked by Church and Secular Leaderships.

Padre Pio was a good example of this.

I believe Our Lady at the end of the day is warning us of the Ascent to Power of the Anti Christ....which we are seeing growing in the Shadow of the Mandate Laws all around us.

No Mask in Church. Punched in the face repeatedly and thrown out semi- conscious, police called.

This is why I have two big dogs.:)

Coming soon to a Church near you.

    Get set.
