I don't believe this is the period of the anti Christ he comes after the period of peace and towards the end of the world. This is the end of an age not the end of the world. This is one of the reasons I doubt Fr Blount. But it is not just him but any seer that says the anti-Christ is here I reject.

It is my opinion based on many years of reading Catholic Prophecy. I follow the Desmond Birch eschatological timeline that the antichrist comes towards the end of the world. This period is not the end of the world but the end of an age.
Here is a breakdown of Desmond Birch's timeline (His book Trial & Tribulation & Triumph was first published 1997 I think). To put it simply we are in the Minor or Lesser Triblation, which will be followed by an era of peace and then comes the Great Tribulation with the rise of the anti-christ and the end of the world. I don't know what to think about when the end is here vs. this idea of a new era. What I suspect is that the new era will not last long, human nature being what it is, and that the return to sin of a generation that saw such great signs and wonders from God (honestly, think about the permanent Sign left in holy places like Medjugorje and Garabandal---those are supposed to last until the end of the world!) will merit such a punishment that it will usher in the time of the antichrist. It was mentioned here recently that Christ said from the cross, "Father forgive them, for they know not what they do." Well, those who live through the Triumph and experience the Warning and Miracle and following era of peace WILL know what they do when they slip back into sin. And it won't take a thousand years. Look how quickly the Hebrews built themselves a golden calf after they'd witnessed God's pillar of fire and parting of the Red Sea! The era of peace may only last a few short years. I think often of Jesus in the Divine Mercy apparitions to St. Faustina. He talked about his Final Coming and indicated that it was soon. “You will prepare the world for My final coming.” Diary, 429 “I bear a special love for Poland, and if she will be obedient to My will, I will exalt her in might and holiness. From her will come forth the spark that will prepare the world for My final coming.” Diary, 1732 (Words of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Mercy, to St. Faustina): “…you have to speak to the world about His great mercy and prepare the world for the Second Coming of Him Who will come, not as a merciful Savior, but as a just Judge. Oh, how terrible is that day! Determined is the day of justice, the day of divine wrath. The angels tremble before it. Speak to souls about this great mercy while it is still the time for granting mercy.” Diary, 635
That does make a lot of sense to me. However, the world I see today is worse than the days of Noah. Worse today than the war years of WWII, Korea, or Vietnam. Worse than Sodom and Gomorrah. This present era is the one that denies God. Humanism takes over. It’s man against God on a worldwide scale. I have no doubt that the Antichrist of this era is alive and well.
We are all in God's hands. He understands us more than we know ourselves. He pities our blindness and weakness. Sin will always exist but Satan will be tied up and not allowed the power he has now. So many are led astray by ignorance and lack of knowledge. I really trust in the Lords perfect love and mercy for each one of us. We are asked to not judge just pray with love for every soul.
when the 1929 crisis occurred the world was divided between capitalism and communism and only capitalism was affected, we currently live in a unipolar world and if an economic collapse occurs in the usa and europe the whole world will be dragged along, which facilitates the emergence of a world leader as described in the book of revelation and who rules by globalist institutions and not just by the use of military force like his forerunners Alexander the Great, Hitler and Stalin, the antichrist of this generation will be very similar to the one that precedes the return of Christ , in my opinion.

When I was a chaplain in the hospital, I was in the minority of chaplains when it came to speaking the truth in a group context. But too often I failed. What does Paul say: 1Corinthians 9: 16 For if I preach the gospel, that gives me no ground for boasting. For necessity is laid upon me. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! 17 For if I do this of my own will, I have a reward; but if not of my own will, I am entrusted with a commission. Lord have Mercy!
It's a very difficult calling. I'm a bit divided on what is the best way. It's trying to keep the audience listening and at the same time helping them to see the truth. If people feel condemned they close their ears. I guess the church should preach more from the pulpit on the teachings in regard to marriage, family and respect for life. These areas are under such attack now. I have prayed for Joe Biden that his heart will be touched on his visit to Knock Shrine. He was there today and extraordinarily a priest who works there had administered the last rites to his son Beau. Joe Biden was quite emotional. This was a grace for him. Will it bear fruit? I hope so. Our Lady asks us continually to pray for sinners and let God be the judge. I'm happy to try and live by that as anger will get me nowhere.

In this moment of time it is important to set aside the shenanigans of the Biden family; a moment for me to pray for the salvation of Joseph, his wife and children. A grace has been bestowed, an opportunity of repentance, so that the blindness JoeJerk has cast on the family may be unveiled, allowing a turning to God. Lord have Mercy. Christ have Mercy. Lord have Mercy. Christ hear us. Christ graciously hear us. Spare your son, Lord, who received Baptism but has been deceived by the world, the flesh, and the devil. Spare his family and lead them home. May Joseph Biden become like the Marianist priest I met back in 1981 at a nursing home. His last remaining cognitive ability was to make the Sign of the Cross, saying those precious words: In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen!
