Father Michael Barone, the great gifted Mystic Priest from Naples, Italy

Fr. Baron is in Ireland at present so I hear, he was in Galway on Thursday to a huge crowd. He has been sent here by Pope Francis afaik.

I have'nt been posting on the forum for some time, just reading the posts,
I am so sorry I missed Fr Michael Baron, as Galway is my local city. I rang the Parish office concerned and they did not know where he was going to next.
He seems to travel to where he feels he is needed. (My idea)

The Mass & prayers began with people going in to the Church at about half 6pm, and did not end until two thirty the following morning.
May not have been suitable for little uns

Can you please let us know the next time Fr. Barone is in Ireland, or point me in the direction as to where I can get this information from, Thanks!

 

Some people I know went to him, he prays a simple prayer with everyone and if one manifests, he will ask that person to wait until the end and will then pray in more depth. I will pm you Serena if I hear he is coming again.

It's interesting to see what he says about Pope Francis. There is no mention to the 'issue' that has all the Church in virtual schism (communion for divorced and remarried) but there is clear exhortation to pray for him and to love him.

 

I saw on Spirit Daily today that Fr. Barone was arrested for alleged abuse during exorcisms. (The link is on the website) It's so sad. He seems to be such a gifted priest. I suppose that any spiritual gifts or charisms make one a greater target for the devil. I guess that we can always hope that the allegations are false and that no women were actually abused..... This is such a trying time for Catholics. New scandals seem to come up daily. May God bless and strengthen us all.

 

The closer one gets to God...the closer the created one focuses on the mystic. I don't know when or how but his early years seemed to be heading in right direction. Who knows when he fell from grace. He needs lots of prayers. It's one thing to work on holiness...it another to accept the cross of holiness.

More damage to the Catholic Church.

Hopefully he wasn't too connected to Medjagori.

This news on Spirit Daily about 'A Priest,' I did not notice the Priest to be named, but may have missed the name. It all seems so like Father Corapi. He was a terrific preacher, then all hell broke loose and he is no more.

Can we believe this latest Priest had a mistress as the article reports, and young girls made to perform sexual acts in a threesome. I would be surprised the parents of these girls would allow their young daughters to spend the night with anyone, even an exorcist without the parents or guardians being present. This is just so confusing, and we don't know if it is fake news.

In a nutshell it would appear the exorcist needs to be exorcised.

 

It reminded me of Fr. Corapi as well.

To order the dismissal of Father Michael Barone, the priest of Casapesenna, from the clerical state was Pope Francis by a decree issued by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith

It can no longer exercise the ministry, Michael Barone, the priest of Casapesenna (Caserta), in service to the diocese of Aversa, on trial at the Santa Maria Capua Vetere court for sexual assault and injury. The offenses, according to the indictment, were committed against three women, one of them with less than 15 years, they would have suffered abuse during exorcism rites.
The decision of the Pope
The decision to place the resignation of Father Michael from the clerical state has been taken by Pope Francis by a special decree issued by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. The measure, which Baron dispensation from the obligations and expenses arising from Holy Orders, was notified to the priest from the Diocese of Aversa, governed by Bishop Angelo Spinillo. "The Church - reads a note from the Diocese - even when applying canon law in its legitimate severity, has the salvation of souls, remains in prayer while continuing to support with brotherly love those who are suffering."
The arrest of Baron
Baron was stopped in February 2018 by the state police Capodichino Airport, together with the parents of the child victim, as they were returning from a trip to Krakow. The officers also stopped an officer of the state police, until a few days before ruling the Commissioner of Maddaloni, accused of having pressured the sister of the child to withdraw the complaint against the priest. In addition, the policeman, according to the judges, would not have prevented the fulfillment of the violent acts committed by Baron during the alleged rites of exorcism. The police officer and the two parents were placed under house arrest (and then freed), while Baron ended up in prison, where he still is.
The 'exorcisms' and violence
To the prosecutor of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, the priest, resulting in young women the conviction of being possessed by the devil, he would have taken away their good faith and would be subject to inhumane treatment and very prejudicial to their dignity. During the daily rituals of 'liberation and purification of the soul', the victims would be violently beaten, brutally ingiuriate, threatened and forced to suffer against their will particularly degrading sexual acts and practices for their dignity. In some cases, on the advice of the priest, the young people would be forced to suspend the drug treatments to which they were subjected to serious diseases from which they suffer and, again by order of the priest, they would suspend the normal diet and would be fed for months with glucose drip or with milk and cookies because "he would have said San Michele." The process began a few months after the arrests and the Court, at the request of the parties, ordered that the trial take place behind closed doors.

I was walking in the Mall and this lady acted like she was possessed by the devil. She scare me! I had to walk away from her! I didn’t know what to think of her

 

This is scary. Good heavens.

 

I met him when he visited. Thought he was ordinary priest as I didn't see anything or feel unusual about him. I came outside after mass when it ended. I was bit puzzled bit odd as i didn't know what was it. It was not what I expected.

Priests with special gifts usually give off something like spiritual aura or healing power et al.


It only confirms my suspicion re medugorje.

 

Wow, this is the first I've heard of this disturbing story. The devil's work. If this is true, perhaps Michael Barone is in need of an exorcism. Very strange.
