"Matters of faith and morals can not be decentralized. Each individual church community in a country cannot have its own separate faith or their separate morality." This belief was expressed by the Father and the Head of the UGCC in an interview with Radio Vatican, commenting on the words of Pope Francis on decentralization in the Church. His Beatitude Seviatoslav Shevchuk, the leader of the Ukranian Catholics. This fearless bishop grew up inside the Soviet Regime, he knows all about communism. He is never afraid of saying the Truth about politics, communism, homosexuality, marriage and divorce. Always clear and without any kind of ambiguities. Ukrainian Catholic leader urges pope to be tougher on Russia Calling a recent line from Pope Francis about fighting in eastern Ukraine reminiscent “of Soviet propaganda”, the head of Ukraine’s Greek Catholic Church has urged a tougher line on Russian aggression in his country both from the pontiff and the international community.
Russian Church accuses Ukrainian Greek-Catholic leader of Russophobia and hostility to Orthodoxy “The Unia [Eastern Rite Catholics] in the person of its first hierarch in Ukraine, manifests itself again as a sad survival of the time, when the Catholics and the Orthodox regarded each other not as allies, but as rivals."
1917 "I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart...." (Our Lady of Fatima, 13th of July) Scene from the movie ‘The Miracle of Our Lady of Fatima’, from 1952. 1929 «Suddenly, the whole chapel lit up with a supernatural light and on the altar appeared a cross of light which reached the ceiling. In a clearer light, on the upper part of the cross, could be seen the face of a man with His body to the waist, on His chest a dove, equally luminous; and nailed to the cross, the body of another man. A little below the waist [of Christ on the cross], suspended in the air, could be seen a Chalice and a large Host, onto which some drops of Blood were falling, which flowed from the face of the Crucified One and from the wound in His breast. Running down over the Host, these drops fell into the Chalice. Under the right arm of the cross was Our Lady with Her Immaculate Heart in Her hand... (She appeared as Our Lady of Fatima, with Her Immaculate Heart in Her left hand, without sword or roses, but with a crown of thorns and flames) under the left arm [of the cross], in large letters, like crystalline water which flowed over the altar, forming these words: "Grace and Mercy". I understood that the mystery of the Most Holy Trinity was shown to me, and I received lights about this mystery which I am not permitted to reveal. View attachment 3794 Then Our Lady said to me: ‘The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father to make, in union with all the bishops of the world, the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means. So numerous are the souls which the justice of God condemns for sins committed against Me, that I come to ask for reparation. Sacrifice yourself for this intention and pray.’» (Lúcia dos Santos, at Tui, Spain, June 13th) 1980 “Our Lady of Fatima, in Her request, referred only to the consecration of Russia.” View attachment 3793 Handwritten note from Lúcia to Fr. Attempted explanation for the released vision of the 3rd Secret of Fatima in the year 2000: The successive events of 1989 led, both in the Soviet Union and in a number of countries of Eastern Europe, to the fall of the Communist regimes which promoted atheism. For this too His Holiness offers heartfelt thanks to the Most Holy Virgin. In other parts of the world, however, attacks against the Church and against Christians, with the burden of suffering they bring, tragically continue. Even if the events to which the third part of the “secret” of Fatima refers now seem part of the past, Our Lady's call to conversion and penance, issued at the start of the twentieth century, remains timely and urgent today. (Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, 2000) In 2010, at Fatima, Benedict Xvi adds to his last explanation: At Mass this morning in the Fatima shrine's square, Pope Benedict said that it would be "mistaken" to consider the prophetic mission of the apparitions at Fatima complete. At a dire time in human history, he recounted, Mary "came from heaven, offering to implant in the hearts of all those who trust in her the Love of God burning in her own heart. “May the seven years which separate us from the centenary of the apparitions hasten the fulfillment of the prophecy of the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of May, to the glory of the Most Holy Trinity.” Fatima, 13th of May, 2010
Russia Our Lady said Russia Tchaikovsky, Hymn of the Cherubim, USSR Ministry Of Culture Chamber Choir Lucia’s single-page written formulation of the “Third Secret” covers three main topics: 2) A physical chastisement of the nations, involving catastrophes, man-made or natural, on land, on water and in the atmosphere of the globe. 1) A spiritual chastisement, far more frightening and distressing - especially for Roman Catholics - than physical hardship, since it would consist of the disappearance of religious belief, a period of widespread unfaith in many countries. 3) A central function of Russia in the two preceding series of events. In fact, the physical and spiritual chastisements, according to Lucia’s letter, are to be gridded on a fateful timetable in which Russia is the ratchet. “In 1929, through another apparition, Our Lady asked for the consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart, promising its conversion through this means and the hindering of the propagation of its errors. Sometime afterwards I told my confessor of the request of our Lady. He tried to fulfill it by making it known to Pius XI. In several intimate communications our Lord has not stopped insisting on this request, promising lately, to shorten the days of tribulation which He has determined to punish the nations for their crimes, through war, famine and several persecutions of the Holy Church and Your Holiness, if you will consecrate the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, with a special mention for Russia, and order that all the Bishops of the world do the same in union with Your Holiness.” (Excerpt from the letter sent by Lúcia to His Holiness Pius XII, Tuy, Spain, 2nd of December of 1940) View attachment 3840 Tuy, view from Portugal
From "Funeral" by John D. Sheridan "When my lips can no longer say Pater Noster or last Ave, When my eyes can no longer see Crucifix or rosary, Plead for me Mary, then and stand Advocate at the King's right hand; Comfort me Mary, then and keep The shadows from me as I fall asleep. Earth to earth, Flesh to sod, Breath to the winds, And soul to God."
And we saw in an immense light that is God: ‘something similar to how people appear in a mirror when they pass in front of it' a Bishop dressed in White ‘we had the impression that it was the Holy Father'. “something similar to how people appear in a mirror” – that means “clear” “a bishop dressed in white” – he have two, though “we had the impression” – they weren’t sure Jacinta: "Can't you see all those highways and roads and fields full of people, who are crying with hunger and have nothing to eat? And the Holy Father in a church praying before the Immaculate Heart of Mary? And so many people praying with him?" "Some days later, she asked me: "Can I say that I saw the Holy Father and all those people?" Lúcia: "No. Don't you see that that's part of the secret? If you do, they'll find out right away." Jacinta: "All right! Then I'll say nothing at all."
Penance That’s a hard word, three times makes it even harder… We don’t have much time, we better hurry. Statue of Saint Michael, Maidan Square, Kiev After the two parts which I have already explained, at the left of Our Lady and a little above, we saw an Angel with a flaming sword in his left hand; flashing, it gave out flames that looked as though they would set the world on fire; but they died out in contact with the splendour that Our Lady radiated towards him from her right hand: pointing to the earth with his right hand, the Angel cried out in a loud voice: ‘Penance, Penance, Penance!'
Our Lord said to Lúcia at Rianjo, Spain, 1931: "Make it known to My ministers, given that they follow the example of the King of France in delaying the execution of My command, they will follow him into misfortune. It is never too late to have recourse to Jesus and Mary." Later, through an intimate communication, Our Lord complained to me: ‘They did not wish to heed My request! ... Like the King of France they will repent of it, and they will do it, but it will be late. Russia will have already spread its errors in the world, provoking wars and persecutions against the Church. The Holy Father will have much to suffer.’ “Russia will be converted,” but only by My Immaculate Heart, She said. It will be – She said it. But a bit late, but not too late, She said. (Fr. Malachi Martin, 1996) “…in the end My Immaculate Heart will triumph.” (Our Lady of Fátima, 1917) How far is the end? That’s just a matter of time… And pain! Ave Maria Gratia plena Dominus tecum Benedicta tu In mulieribus Et benedictus Fructus Ventris tui, Jesu Sancta Maria, Mater Dei, Ora pro nobis peccatoribus Nunc et in hora mortis nostrae Amen She is New Ark of the Covenant, Her Immaculate Heart is the new law of Jesus, our treasure that we shall protect.
Can we blame on the Popes for delaying the consecration of Russia? I don’t think so. Their jobs haven’t been easy at all, surrounded by enemies from everywhere. There were some obstacles that we don’t even know. God has always been fair with us by giving us the Popes that we deserve. My generation had great Popes, much better than what we deserved. If the consecration of Russia is not done yet, that’s our own fault. When Our Lady asked for the consecration of Russia, she also asked something from ourselves, the 5 Saturdays devotion. The consecration of Russia was a request for the Pope and the bishops, but what’s our role in everything? The two requests came in the same parcel. If we ask God to help the Pope doing the right things, God will help him and he will give us what we need. [7] Ask, and it shall be given you: seek, and you shall find: knock, and it shall be opened to you.[8] For every one that asketh, receiveth: and he that seeketh, findeth: and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened. [9] Or what man is there among you, of whom if his son shall ask bread, will he reach him a stone? [10] Or if he shall ask him a fish, will he reach him a serpent? (Matthew 7) The fear of our days, in these times of widespread apostasy and diabolical disorientation, is that many people are actually asking God to give them the “stone” or the “serpent” and that changes everything.
Did Russia get converted? Perhaps... But not to Her Immaculate Heart. Not yet. Ecumenism can be nice to the eyes of the world, but She asked for the conversion. “Afterward I felt in the increased beating of my heart and in my spirit a quiet voice which said: ‘in time, one faith, one baptism, one Church, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic.” One day we will be many tribes, countries, nations, different rites and traditions, but we shall have all the same faith, the same doctrine, the same dogmas and the same Pope.
They are not appreciated by many but they have chosen Her name and they are only trying to live by that devotion. They are not waiting, standing there looking at the sky. They are workers preparing the prophesized Triumph of Her Immaculate Heart. We should love and protect them.
Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception 1854 Pope Pius IX stated, by means of absolute truth, that Mary was born as an immaculate woman. Like Gabriel once said she is «full of grace» (Lc1:28), full leaves no room for sin, however little. She was exempted of original sin, unequivocally pure to be the mother of God. He also stated that she remained in that immaculate condition forever. Mary, the virgin mother, remained immaculate during the conception of baby Jesus and after, during motherhood. A kind of heresy for our orthodox brothers. A kind of nonsense for our protestant brothers. A kind of nothing for many other brothers. A dogma of faith for us Roman Catholics. A dogma is a matter of faith, it’s irrevocable, unquestionable and indispensable for those who seek the eternal salvation. 1858 Je suis l'immaculée conception. I am the Immaculate Conception. 1830 Ô Marie conçue sans péché, priez pour nous qui avons recours à vous. O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. The 8th of December is a National Holiday in Portugal. Indeed it is very common wherever the Portuguese nation is spread or has been in the past, from Macau or Goa to Luanda or Rio de Janeiro. Nevertheless, this is not an exclusivity, you may not know but she is also the patroness of several countries, like USA, Philippines, Korea, Nicaragua or Brazil and plenty of parishes around the world. In Ireland she shares that title with St. Patrick and St. Brigid. Additionally, she keeps the title of patroness of Spain and all the Hispanic world.
