Yes! It must have been a nudge from heaven for prayers….and for delivery from purgatory. I would hope we did this for all members when they pass…what a gift to everyone and a blessing for every member here. All these prayers….!

I'm just reading through this thread now and it's just devastating. Above are Rick's last 2 posts. It seems the nebuliser instantly damaged his lungs, maybe he had an allergic reaction to it, and he was not able to recover from that. This is just so sad. RIP Rick
Wow I’m torn between thinking how horrid to being glad the Flying Nun finished the race and hopefully is contemplating God’s glory. I will pray for his soul and his family today at mass.
Nurse Claire (contributor to Barnhardt’s podcasts about covid) has warned against Albuteral, a bronchodilator. Any puffer which contains the anti inflammatory steroid budenoside, such as Pulmicort, is recommended in the protocols.
I was thinking the same….. actually also thinking about different friends and family members who have passed (not to COVID- and some many years ago) that they are now interceding for us. I guess this comes down to that we are all here alive at this moment because it’s what God wants- we are the Church Militant and they are part of the Church Triumphant. They are still “alive” in that sense…..praying and asking God to allow me to use the grace he has given to live in these days for Him. Peace

No word from her, but one of the side effects of Albuterol are a paradoxical worsening of bronchial constriction. Isn't that what Rick mentioned? Budesonide is not a broncho dialator, but an anti-inflammatory. Practicing pronated (tummy down) deep breathing exercises also recommended.
