It's a stunning Virgen de Guadalupe by Rufino Tamayo (1899 - 1991). Painted in 1926.

I especially love images of the Sacred Heart as a child, and recall my initial surprise that Sacred Heart images aren't all adult Jesus.

This picture I bought in college for my future children's bedroom. It has been hanging in my son's room and over his bed since he was born. I just love it so much.
