I agree. And the jubilation and praise from the people is a genuine outpouring of love in the way they are accustomed to express it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review the video. :)
I just had a feeling about this one. Hard to describe, but something very spiritual washed over me when I caught a glimpse of Our Holy Mother. I hope we hear more about this.

Thanks… there is definitely an image. I’d love to learn if any of the parishioners there described what they saw. Maybe my imagination but definitely a woman’s in a white veil and appears to be cradling something or someone in a white blanket.

I thought the same ~ I really hope someone asks the parishioners too. The joy at what they saw seemed to go beyond the mere glimpse we see in the video ~

    Ananchal,

My Pastor is from the country of Ghana. He tells me that Africans are generally a joyful and expressive people. They come early before Holy Mass. They want long homilies, the church is packed and they stay to fellowship and eat for a long time afterwards. In fact, Father Francis has begun a "fellowship meal" after the last Sunday Holy Mass in the parish hall once a month. Actually, they're a lot of fun!

Yes, they don't appear to have what is called a credence table where the chalice, paten, cruets, etc. are placed after purifying the sacred vessels. I could see why they were simply moved to the edge of the altar to eventually return to the sacristy.:)

    O Salutaris Hostia!

People in Kenya are well familiar with tricks of light, it's a land of light, near the Equator. It's not just a passing flash, it sustained quite a while. I think, also, we must make allowances for the form of celebration-people in different cultures show respect in different ways. I cannot see the offense in grown men jumping up and down with excitement at what they believe is a vision of Our Lady. I was also impressed by how respectably dressed were the congregation.

I'm afraid I'm very skeptical about anything involving light and shadows.
