The strange thing about the Italian "quarantine" is that people are still allowed to travel to work and to buy food. So the chances of spreading Coronavirus are still present. Something fishy going on here if you ask me.

I thought it was incidental to the return of communism, that it would be another sign. I often wondered how all the churches might be closed but amazingly it's happening before our eyes. It's just incredible to see Italy the heart of the Catholic faith with no masses. Who could have forseen this
I feel like I'm living in the twilight zone! Nothing makes sense. I've always looked to our priests and bishops for guidance, because they should know the truth, they have studied theology, they know the great and Almighty power of God, who became man and saved us, they know that the Blessed Eucharist is the bread of life, they have sanctifying grace. But now our priests and bishops have abandoned us, but more importantly they have abandoned Our Dear Lord and this is mind blowing! I've always known (thanks be to graces) that the most Blessed Eucharist (the God of all creation), has power over all evil, over everything! over poison and germs. If the most precious Body of our Lord was dropped into either poison or germs I would willingly receive my Lord knowing full well that He is the God of all creation and His power, protection and healing means we who receive him worthily have no worries but to Love, adore and serve Him with all our mind, heart and soul. I am at a complete loss with the turn of events happening now in the Holy Catholic church! What is really happening? For we know..... Absolutely, I cannot see the Almighty allowing the slaughter of the innocents to continue until 2037. By then the world, in my opinion - rather than repenting, will have gotten further and further away from Himself. By then they will have discovered ever new barbaric ways of butchering the innocents, of euthanasia - and God knows what else....
The world is currently and presently overrun by Russia... just Google the communist manifesto and tell me that the errors of Russia have not been exported to the rest of the entire world: - the care of children IS taken away from the parents and is now placed firmly in the hands of the state. - pornography and sexual deviance IS NOW a norm; a 'good thing'. - they have already gained control of the banks, financial institutions and monetary systems. - they have already gained control of the education system; including universities. - they have already marginalised and infiltrated and diluted the catholic faith. - they have overcome the family, attacked it, replaced it with new forms of raising children. - they have diminished the role of the mother, and drawn her into the workplace. Etc etc etc. The warning is due, in my opinion. Of course only God knows when... but it would not surprise me if it came soon.
I agree with you. The Singapore Archdiocesan office gave orders for public masses to be suspended after 12noon on Feb 15. Masses are set to resume this weekend, after putting several measures in place, including thermal scanners at all the Catholic churches, getting people to fill up contact details (in case of contact tracing becoming a necessity) and providing hand sanitizers. However, I believe that Holy Communion on the tongue will still be refused. And "for those who do not wish to take the risk, you are exempt from attending Mass to fulfill the Sunday obligation." Hong Kong stopped public masses too. +
