I too think Yoko Ono was a witch. I think the Beatles themselves were young and brash when they came on the scene and they were really used by powerful people for money etc. I think George Harrison wanted to get out after the first American tour as he couldn't deal with the Beatlemania. It must have been a difficult life. They were young and I think they did OK to come out the other side. They look positively angelic when you put them beside the rolling stones. Now they were scary
So here’s a Beatle story not many have heard. My dad was a NYPD seargant assigned to detail of protecting the Beatles at their midtown hotel during their first (1963) visit. My dad was “old school” and very skeptical and weary of these guys. But, he said he misjudged them as in person they were the most polite and “normal” young men. Absolutely very courteous and thankful to him and the other cops who were watching out for them. He said, they really wanted just to be treated “normally”. To the point , while he did not have a hand in it, he saw John Lennon disguise himself and sneak out into the city. Lol… my dad let him do it under promise he keep disguise on…. Who knows if John did, but he never did get caught. My dsd….always had a sweet spot for them..odd in many ways as like I said he was a tough old school NYPD seargant.
I think I once read here on the forum that John convinced his wife Yoko not to abort the child they were going to have.
