That is true in most societies. In Islam, it is combined with much abuse of females, both early marriage and genital mutilation, the latter seemingly being at least partly due to the wish to keep the female partially pre-menstrual.

 

This is addressed anyone who is viewing this in the future:
The reason why I deleted my previous comments isn't because I've submitted to Christianity or Catholicism, I'm still a Muslim, and happy to be one. I deleted my comments because I didn't want to accidentally misrepresent my religion. I think that I should've tried to clear up questions, misconceptions or misunderstandings. If there are legitimate misconceptions or questions about Islam, then I don't think that I'd be able to get as far without addressing and explaining them. I'm not a scholar, and neither am I a student of knowledge. I want to study my religion and gain a kind of deeper understanding for it. I want to finish reading the Qur'an, memorizing the Qur'an, and be trying to be a person who is of good character. I want to be able to tell all kinds of people about Islam with kindness and consideration. These are huge goals, they may take a lot of time and effort, and I hope that I can be blessed enough to be gifted with them. I ask of you, do not take this as a sign of defeat, because it is far from that.

"Sign of defeat" implies a kind of war. So, you're on 'jihad' here. That's no worry here-believing Christians throughout history always defeated the forces of Islam. Truth is the mightiest sword.

I think I can speak for most members here that, unlike what some naives in our Church think, the god of Islam bears nothing but an imitatory resemblance to the Living God of Judaism and Christianity.

Perhaps, you might answer some questions:

1). Koran 47:4 : "Therefore, when you meet the unbelievers, smite at their necks". What is your explanation for this?

2). What is your view of the recent beheading of the teacher in France? Do you unequivocally condemn this action?

3). What is your view of the killing of the three Catholics before Mass in the Basilica in Nice? Do you condemn it?

I recommend watching this YouTube channel above on a TV show (38 episodes on that playlist) that Father Zakaria Botros, a Coptic Priest from Egypt had aired in the heart of the Middle East in the early 2000s that discussed all the inconsistencies of the Qur’an.

He converted so many Muslims to Christianity that there was a bounty on his head. Below is an interview with him as well.

Ironically, this phenomenon will likely grow exponentially as more and more followers of Mohammed are learning how to read, corresponding with increased translations of the Koran into the vernacular. The self-serving vice-like grip of the Imams is weakening, despite the vicious kicks by provoked fanatics against the inevitable. Unquestionably, many Mohammedans will abandon their religion in the face of the atrocity we saw in Nice. There are even many reports of Islamists, many with much blood on their hands, remorsefully converting to the Faith of their martyred victims. Many of these converts are reporting visions of Our Lord and of His Mother. The only visions of Mohammed we hear about are those that appear in cartoons.

 

The number 19 is also considered sacred to the Baha'i faith, which is a new religion born within Persian Islam in the 19th century with guidelines for the future political and religious unity of mankind. As for the number 666, there is no reference to it in the Baha'i writings; however, they have a great reverence for the number 9, which is considered sacred because it is the number of divinely revealed religions and the number of letters in the word Baha'u'llah (The Glory of God in Arabic), which was the title adopted by their founder when starting his ministry.

I personally believe this represents the riddle of the number of the beast, as Saint John told us that those with intelligence should calculate the number of the beast, which requires at least a basic skill in mathematics. If we calculate the addition and multiplication of the digits from 666 to arrive at a single-digit number (process completed with a sum), we arrive at the number 9, which symbolizes the sacred within Bahai's beliefs:

3*6=18 1+8= 9

6*6*6=216 2+1+6= 9

Moreover, the symbol that represents religion is a nine-pointed star.

On the evening of May 22 in Haifa, Israel, more than 4,500 people are expected to gather on "God's Holy Mountain," Mt. Carmel, for a dedication ceremony of the new Shrine of the Bab, a succession of 19 terraced gardens that evoke the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, and the Baha'i World Center, a complex of classically designed shrines and administrative buildings which will serve as the headquarters for an emerging world religion.

The dedication of the new complex signals Baha'i's growing prominence in the world, and its leadership in the evolution of a new one-world religion — which it claims is the fulfillment of all other religious traditions.

The Baha'i faith, founded a little more than a century ago, now has more than five million members in 235 countries. Its founder, Baha'u'llah, taught that there is but one God, there is only one human race, and that all founders of the world's major religions — Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Krishna, Mohammed, Buddha, Confucius — were prophets sent by God to educate humanity as it reached certain stages of development.

"Our Scriptures tell us that the very construction of these facilities for housing these institutions will coincide with several other processes in the world," said Douglas Samimi-Moore, director of Baha'i International Community's Office of Public Information.

"One of these processes is the maturation of local and national Baha'i institutions. The other is the establishment of processes leading to political peace for humanity, and we feel this synchronicity is obvious if you look broadly at the way things are going in the world."

The Baha'is have built the gardens, shrines, and administrative buildings, he continued, in the belief that "they will contribute to the unification of the planet."

The official dedication of the $250 million (U.S.) Mt. Carmel Terraces and buildings will feature an open-air, world-premiere, internationally televised concert of original compositions by Norwegian Lasse Thoresen and Tajik Tolib Shahidi, performed by the Israel Northern Symphony, Haifa, under the direction of Stanley Sperber, accompanied by vocal soloists from Canada, Austria, and the United States. Early the next day, there will be a procession up and around the 19 terraces by thousands of Baha'is garbed in their ethnic clothes.

From the beginning of recorded history, Mt. Carmel has been referred to as "the sacred promontory." In the ninth century B.C., Mt. Carmel was where the prophet Elijah called together the people of Israel (cf. 1 Kings 18) and the prophets of Baal and Queen Jezebel to demonstrate the power of God. Elijah remained on Mt. Carmel, living in two caves, now enclosed by the famous Carmelite monastery, founded in 1226 by the Crusaders.

In the mid-1800s, according to information from bahaiworldnews.org, "others from Europe were enticed to settle on Carmel's fertile plains. . . Christopher Hoffmann, Georg David Hardegg, and Christoph Paulus founded the Temple Society in Germany. Their dream was to establish communities that would realize the idea of creating God's kingdom on earth. Hoffmann and Hardegg arrived in Haifa in 1868, leading an influx of families that settled in Haifa and Jaffa between 1868 and 1875 . . . and awaited the return of Christ."

The Baha'i faith was founded in Persia (Iran) in 1844. In addition to holding to Jesus, Buddha, and the other founders of major religions, the Baha'is believe in two additional teachers for the new world religion: the Bab and Baha'u'llah, who point the way to "an ever-advancing civilization." The Bab's main function, according to official teaching, "was to prepare humanity for the imminent appearance of another divine Teacher, who would lead the world to a period of everlasting peace. In 1863, Baha'u'llah appeared, and announced that he was the teacher foretold by Bab.

"The main theme of Baha'u'llah's revelation," according to Baha'i publicity, "is unity. He taught that 'the earth is but one country, and mankind its citizens.' His writings contain principles, laws, and institutions for a world civilization, including: abandonment of all prejudice; equality between the sexes; recognition of the common source and essential oneness of the world's great religions; elimination of the extremes of poverty and wealth; universal compulsory education; responsibility of each individual to search independently for truth; establishment of a world federal system based on the principles of collective security; and recognition that religion is in harmony with reason and scientific knowledge.

"Because of its commitment to these ideals, the Baha'i community has been an active supporter of international organizations such as the United Nations. . .

"The Baha'i World Center in the Acra/Haifa area of Israel has been both the spiritual and administrative center of the Baha'i faith since Baha'u'llah was exiled here in 1868."

The new complex, designed by Fariborz Sahba, who also designed New Delhi's famous Lotus Temple, completes the Baha'i World Center: the Shrine of Bab (1909); the golden-domed mausoleum for Bab (1953) the International Archives (1957) and the Seat of Universal Justice (1983). The new administrative buildings are the International Teaching Center and the Center for the Study of Texts.

 

The Favored Religion

Members of the Baha'i faith are among the most public leaders in the movement to create a new United Nations-approved world government and religion.

Albert Lincoln, secretary general of Baha'i International, for example, spoke at last year's United Nations Millennium World Peace Summit of Religious Leaders, sponsored by CNN's Ted Turner, and articulated the need for a "global community based on unity in diversity."

Members of Baha'i have long been active in the formulation of the UN's "Earth Charter," and, in fact, was promoting the notion before it was embraced by the UN, and was a major player at the 1992 Rio meeting, and in the Rio+5 consultations, along with such other players as Eileen Gannon and Carol Zinn of Global Education Associates; Richard Clugston of the Center for Respect of Life and the Environment; Bawa Jain of the Temple of Understanding; Steven Rockefeller of the Earth Charter Commission; and Brian Swimme — promoter of the New Age "Christ" Matreiya — of the California Institute of Integral Studies.

The Baha'is' Peter Adriance was part of the "values and education" group which formulated the essential elements of the Earth Charter.

In 1995, on the occasion of the UN's 50th anniversary, Baha'i leaders issued a call for a summit on global governance. The 22-page statement of "action items" included: a "fully armed" international force; extending the jurisdiction of the World Court; a commitment to a universal language; a commission to re-examine national borders; and a more positive way to evaluate the United Nations.

"Judged in isolation from the reality within which it operates, the United Nations will always seem inefficient and ineffective. However," the statement declares, "if it is viewed as one element of a larger process of development in systems of international order, the bright light of analysis would shift from the UN's shortcomings and failures to shine on its victories and accomplishments. With an evolutionary mindset, the early experience of the United Nations offers us a rich source of learnings about its future role within the international regime."

Typically, Baha'i leaders are included in any major international gathering of religious figures.

When, for example, World Bank President James Wolfensohn convened an unprecedented meeting with "religious leaders" in London in 1998 to discuss religion and economic development, the Baha'is were there, along with Anglicans, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Jainists, Sikhs, and Taoists.

Kiser Barnes, the lead Baha'i representative, opened the session on "participation," observing that spiritual values are the key to economic development.

These terraces built on the slopes of Mount Carmel, in addition to being inspired by the hanging gardens of Babylon, seem to be a prototype of the construction of an earthly paradise during the reign of world peace under the Antichrist.

I personally think that the third temple awaited by the Jews in Jerusalem will actually be built on the slopes of Mount Carmel in Haifa, as there is a spot on the holy mountain demarcated with an obelisk for the future Baha'i house of worship, which could be the center of globalist religion.

 

The Baháʼí Terraces, or the Hanging Gardens of Haifa, are garden terraces on Mount Carmel in Haifa, and one of the most popular tourist destinations in Israel. Completed in 2001, there are 19 terraces and more than 1,500 steps ascending the mountain.[1] The central terrace has the Shrine of the Báb, one of the main religious figures of the Baháʼí Faith. The architect was Fariborz Sahba from Iran,[citation needed] and the structural engineers were Karban and Co. from Haifa.

It was on Mount Carmel that Elijah unified the peoples of Israel around the true God by unmasking the prophets of Baal through fire that came down from heaven and consumed the altar. However, in Apocalypse 13, the false prophet also makes fire come down from heaven, and I think that's why many will accept him along with the antichrist:

1 Kings 18:25-46
25 Elijah told the Baal prophets, "Choose your ox and prepare it. You go first, you're the majority. Then pray to your god, but don't light the fire."
26 So they took the ox he had given them, prepared it for the altar, then prayed to Baal. They prayed all morning long, "O Baal, answer us!" But nothing happened - not so much as a whisper of breeze. Desperate, they jumped and stomped on the altar they had made.
27 By noon, Elijah had started making fun of them, taunting, "Call a little louder - he is a god, after all. Maybe he's off meditating somewhere or other, or maybe he's gotten involved in a project, or maybe he's on vacation. You don't suppose he's overslept, do you, and needs to be waked up?"
28 They prayed louder and louder, cutting themselves with swords and knives - a ritual common to them - until they were covered with blood.
29 This went on until well past noon. They used every religious trick and strategy they knew to make something happen on the altar, but nothing happened - not so much as a whisper, not a flicker of response.
30 Then Elijah told the people, "Enough of that - it's my turn. Gather around." And they gathered. He then put the altar back together for by now it was in ruins.
31 Elijah took twelve stones, one for each of the tribes of Jacob, the same Jacob to whom God had said, "From now on your name is Israel."
32 He built the stones into the altar in honor of God. Then Elijah dug a fairly wide trench around the altar.
33 He laid firewood on the altar, cut up the ox, put it on the wood, and said, "Fill four buckets with water and drench both the ox and the firewood."
34 Then he said, "Do it again," and they did it. Then he said, "Do it a third time,"
35 and they did it a third time. The altar was drenched and the trench was filled with water.
36 When it was time for the sacrifice to be offered, Elijah the prophet came up and prayed, "O God, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, make it known right now that you are God in Israel, that I am your servant, and that I'm doing what I'm doing under your orders.
37 Answer me, God; O answer me and reveal to this people that you are God, the true God, and that you are giving these people another chance at repentance."
38 Immediately the fire of God fell and burned up the offering, the wood, the stones, the dirt, and even the water in the trench.
39 All the people saw it happen and fell on their faces in awed worship, exclaiming, "God is the true God! God is the true God!"
40 Elijah told them, "Grab the Baal prophets! Don't let one get away!" They grabbed them. Elijah had them taken down to the Brook Kishon and they massacred the lot.
41 Elijah said to Ahab, "Up on your feet! Eat and drink - celebrate! Rain is on the way; I hear it coming."
42 Ahab did it: got up and ate and drank. Meanwhile, Elijah climbed to the top of Carmel, bowed deeply in prayer, his face between his knees.
43 Then he said to his young servant, "On your feet now! Look toward the sea." He went, looked, and reported back, "I don't see a thing." "Keep looking," said Elijah, "seven times if necessary."
44 And sure enough, the seventh time he said, "Oh yes, a cloud! But very small, no bigger than someone's hand, rising out of the sea." "Quickly then, on your way. Tell Ahab, 'Saddle up and get down from the mountain before the rain stops you.'"
45 Things happened fast. The sky grew black with wind-driven clouds, and then a huge cloudburst of rain, with Ahab hightailing it in his chariot for Jezreel.
46 And God strengthened Elijah mightily. Pulling up his robe and tying it around his waist, Elijah ran in front of Ahab's chariot until they reached Jezreel.

In Apocalypse 12, the beloved disciple has a vision of the dragon and the woman that appear in the sky (representing the confrontation between light and darkness). In my opinion, this could be a reference to a sacred place like Mount Carmelo, which would be an extension of the sky on earth. Baháʼí seems to coincide exactly with masonic traditions; the historical time lines and locations, the universality of God, the obelisk.
I do believe the masons are the man who is Antichrist. The 666 is a Muslim symbol of God, (masons have muslim origins.) And now this mark is seen everywhere in society. The mark of the beast on the hand, I believe is the masonic dollar (stamped with their masonic pyramid symbol, a shape that is 666 mathematically, and also pharoah's tomb, synonymous with death) now completely digitalized, held in the hand and pressed to our forehead by use of our phones. My daughter had a Disneyland trip, and she wasn't able to buy or even get into the park without the phone app. Stadiums and airports are also requiring this now. Of course, the devil is a liar. He doesn't seem to realize that trust is an essential component of trade, and so he will collapse. Heaven help us battle pride, greed, gluttony, Laziness, lust, jealousy, and anger. Jesus, I place my trust in you. Help us to let go.

 

I don't know if this is a coincidence, but I noticed that the word Baha'u'llah seems to be an anagram with the words Ahab and Baal, names that well symbolize the apostasy that the prophet Elijah fought against on Mount Carmel. Perhaps there is also some hidden connection between the "god" of Freemasonry called "G.A.O.T.U" and Baal.
