Sometimes it is better to lock of computer, radio and tv....when planning a travel. We are only safe in the Heart of Mary.
All the above is very interesting but it is important to remember: be not afraid. The only thing really to fear is that which can separate us from God, which is sin. Death has no victory over us. We are warned NOT to fear that which can kill only the body but to fear that which can kill both body and the supernatural life in us, the Divine life. In these troubled times we need to keep our focus solely on navigating a sure passage between the twin columns of Our Lady's rosary and Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. Let us, in whatever time is left to us, concentrate on building up treasure in heaven. Let's keep our hearts and minds in prayer; the mass, rosary, Eucharistic Adoration, confession and living lives of joy, peace, serenity and abandonment to whatever God wills for us. We are not given a spirit of fear but of joy. Even though the mountains fall on us. Rejoice. God is with us. Let us anchor ourselves to the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament and hold His Holy Mother's hand by way of the rosary, scapular and miraculous medal. Our Lord told us that sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Our Father knows every hair on our head. His great plan will not, cannot be thwarted as he works all things for our good. Not for our destruction. There is great hope. Should the worst happen, go straight to the nearest church and sit before the Lord, prisoner of love, there in the tabernacle. Sit at His feet, feel his love, luxuriate in His holiness, drink at the fountain that is His most Sacred Heart. Bind His wounds with your presence, with your acknowledgement of His Divine Presence. No words need be spoken. Let His Heart beat in union with yours. Bathe in His unquenchable Eucharistic light. Be renewed in and by His love. Only He matters. Only He. Adore Him because He Is. What a gift He has given us. He has held nothing back. As He emptied Himself on the wood of the Cross till the last drop of His Precious life's Blood, so even now He pours Himself out on us. What love? Love beyond telling. No words can describe. Were Shakespeare, Tolstoy, Michaelangelo able to toil to eternity to express to us that All Holy Love, no words nor brush strokes could possibly communicate His utter holiness compared to that simple white Host, that crushed wheat resplendent in every tabernacle in the world. No basilica, no Cathedral is necessary: the simplest chapel suffices. Oh God! You are the love that can never die. Come sword, come storm, come the very crack of doom, you are beyond death, beyond destruction for You are Life Eternal, simple, infinite, a little babe whose feet bestride the heavens, before Whom angels prostrate in awe and wonder. Gather and enfold us in your Eucharistic breast. Oh God! I am nothing. I lie in the dust at your feet, straining to touch but the strap of your sandal. But no. You are not content to grant me that. You grant me You. All of You. Sandal, robe, Blood, Water and Heart. And yet You would give even more? You would. Oh God! As you gather us in your Eucharistic embrace and enfold us into you, we too become beyond the reach of death. We become the Life. In You. You hold us, save us, clasp us to Your Sacred Heart. You will not suffer us to be snatched away. Oh God! Personally I would rather the sun fell from its moorings, crushing me to dust, than see the sanctuary lamp extinguished for He is the TRUE sun, the ONLY Son. The world is in turmoil. It would not take much to trigger enormous calamities of devastating magnitude. However do not be disheartened or anxious or afraid. Though all hell break loose, know that NOTHING can separate us from the love of God. But sin. Fear that and all shall be well. The great Saint Theresa of Avila told us not to be afraid, as did Saint Pope John Paul II and Saint Pio, among countless others. Let us abandon ourselves to the Lord to be disposed of as He wills and according to His good pleasure. All shall be well, all manner of things shall be well. Peace and joy to you all.
Yes David. Be not afraid. I was talking with an old friend before Christmas who is waiting to hear if she is facing a terminal situation on account of two large masses within her body, and she is afraid of what might happen. I believe all Heaven wants us to be not afraid. I reminded her that the Angel who announced the Incarnation to Mary had said. "Do not be afraid." How many time have we heard when Blessed Mother appears, at first those who see her are not sure what to do. Blessed Mother says "Do not be afraid." How many times have we heard Jesus reminds us "Do not be afraid." And I read somewhere that Jesus will take away fear if we ask Him. I think we have to remember to ask Jesus to take away fear, and it is important to remember that if we are afraid about the future, we have to trust God and He will take away fear on the day not in advance. I have personal experience of Jesus fulfilling this very promise on the day, not before. We can practice now in trusting in God to see us through any difficulties, and to remove fear leaving us ready to be brave and courageous and trusting in His infinite goodness; for He never changes thanks be to God. Always remember fear does not come from Heaven, and we are assured Jesus will banish it when we remember to turn to Him in difficulties, and just ask.

Here is my issue with all these prophecies that seem to be going on all over the place right now and listed in these threads Volcanoes erupting in Europe nuclear wars in the middle east terrorist attacks on the Vatican earth quakes destroying california more volcanoes destroying the west united states nuclear attacks by russia or china CJ etc etc etc it just seems that everyone has their favored method of destruction. and everyone thinks it is all about to happen right now. I'm sorry, I have a hard time believing that all these are right and all are going to happen that quickly. Yes I feel unease too, but i wonder how much of that unease is coming from reading all of these messages over and over again. There is no way that most of these prophets are correct. Who is correct? Who knows, everyone has their personal favorite. It is like picking your favorite baseball team. You get one you like and stick with it because they are your favorite team so you just believe in them. There is a better chance than not that we are all here talking about the same things when my 12-year-old 3-year-old, 10-month-old and even my newly expecting baby are heading off to college.
I happen to believe something different to the general belief on the MoG site!. I do not see the warning nor the miracle happening to at least until 2018! I have my reasons! And I may be premature in my evaluations but I believe the Most Blessed Mother has given us an outline of prophesy and we should all take her prophesies seriously! That is; Live a holy and good catholic life, visited the Blessed sacrament (her son) often! and say the rosary daily and wear the brown scapular! Many other predictions will come to pass in the next year (to prepare the world for the warning) but I believe the warning will happen in the beginning of 2018 and the miracle will follow. Do not be afraid, God is with us! so who can be against us! All is good!

Very intriguing, josephite! I would love to know your reasons but I also anticipate significant things happening before the Warning. I wonder about the first two Medjugorje secrets which are to be local events in Medjugorje but we just have to continue in readiness, not worrying.

(P.S.: I meant "in much better conditions" not "in must better conditions".) Regarding your remark: I know the feeling Dean, and many, many of us have those problems in the families. There is nothing that hurts so much as family members.... But we have to believe that our prayers will cover them and lead them finally in the right direction. But the following is perhaps very interesting: yesterdag evening I had a blessed and inspired person at the phone (her spiritual father was an exorcist but he died and now she has another good priest) (I know her for a long time), who said to me that our Holy Mother asks us to call more for the Holy Angels to work for us and that we neglect this fact too often. In fact, Mary says we have to call upon the Angels of Love (very important to add this word of "love" because every Angel has his particular task) to go to those persons who are still far away from God and are cause of division in the family. We should even not hesitate to ask God to send an army of Angels of Love to them and this several times a day and we should persevere in doing so. Apparantly this works amazingly well. So, now that you all know this, do not take away all the Holy Angels of Love from Heaven.... so there will remain some for me to send to my family who is also very much in need of a total change. What a sneeky remark of mine..... Just a joke.... for I know the Holy Angels can be everywhere at more places simultaneously ! Multiplication and Bilocation. Alleluia !
I have sort of explained my silly deductions in the thread "2017 predictions" Of course they, will no doubt be way off the mark!, but I suspect they may have as much credience as any other prediction! Lord Look after us, we humbly pray, For we are your spoilt children, may we never rebuke your just judgements! Amen.
I attend sessions by the Heralds of the Gospels and they stress asking the angels to go to help our loved ones because this is a spiritual battle. I will stress our Guardian Angels and Angels of love.
Josephite, I also sense that early 2018 will be the time of the Warning, with the Miracle to follow in April of that year. We have anticipated the Warning for many years. Early 2018 is now but a year away. Let us stay close to the Two Hearts! Safe in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary!
