It's no surprise. Notice how fast the admitted masons are in the comments to point out the "problem with the Catholic Church"? Our parish has a large amount of military men in it and the US military both enlisted and officer corp is full of masons. In fact, beyond a certain threshold of rank I was told it is next to impossible to be promoted if you are not a brother. Same with the space based agencies both government and civilian. I happen to know a militant atheist who joined them so their hogwash of having to believe in God is baloney. What amazes me is how poorly catechized so many people are to believe that they are in no conflict being a mason and calling themselves Christians. In fact they speak as if their loyalties do more good being divided. They sure love to deny the truth anytime someone confronts them with it. It is telling the responses because they always ridicule the person or the Church. Mr Salza's video's are very informative. He is widely denounced by masons. He does a great job of showing the masonic influence and really their historic domination in the US power structure. Freemasonry is in decline though while pagan religions, gnosticism, and withcraft are increasing sharply in the US. Especially in the young. Many of them want nothing to do with the churches their parents joined.

Don't you suppose the Freemasons are responsible for bringing legal abortion into Ireland? I have no doubt about it. After all it is one of their highest sacraments. Yet their highest goal, their end game, has always been the destruction of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and making it Protestant. Freemasonary is the strangest, strangest thing. It merits a thread on its own. I have heard myself the oddest stories. For instance I met a a really nice guy from Dublin one time who had been an orphan. Both his mother and father had died young and he was brought up in Free Mason orphanage. . He was, by the way a really nice guy; I liked and believed him. Anyway when he was in his teens the Masons approached him and asked him to join up. They told him if he joined the rest of his life was guaranteed , he would be rich , any job he wanted anything he wanted. He turned them down. I was very surprised and asked him why> He said he did not think it was right that just because he choose them he could have all this. It did not seem right or fair. (I think what it really was he smelt something was wrong..he was right). Another story from Medugorje. An English lady who lived there from the nobility said her father was a high Mason and used to invite his friends and who ever to have sex with her from a young age. She claimed after the 33rd degree intiaition it was revealed that it was in fact Satanic. Another story . During the war here the localss blew up a Masonic Lodge building near here. A few days later mason showed up looking for the Temple Sword. They offered a huge sum for it. Why was the sword worth so much? By today's values they offered about $2oo, oo0. Why so much?

I was reading a while back about the masons and their involvement in the American and French revolutions and came across a message board that was dedicated to the study of the Masonic esoteric. It was quite interesting and eye opening to see many examples of masonry displayed during these events that so many have seen but have no idea of. I spent quite a bit of time reading there because I am convinced that the fall of the monarchies were not only inspired by them but pivotal in their plans for the future which is our modern day. I can certainly see why the Church actively forbid membership. Also, the heresies they believe I think are quite dangerous for the average person and Catholics to spend very much time studying. Saint Bellarmine had to have express permission to study even the teachings of the dominant Protestants of his day to refute them which he did to such an amazing extent as to convert many high ranking men. I can only imagine in our day how much more dangerous a time it is for us. Someone I know recently told me how she believed deeply in the hidden things which (of course) the Church has secretly kept from us. Things which are very Gnostic and Pagan and which are being apparently revealed now all over the internet and media that many people are following hook line and sinker. I listened as intently as I was able and tried to encourage her when she said something which was right rather than scold her for the 99.9% which was wrong. She said something very telling though which stood out to me. She said "I will always be searching for the truth". She said this in such a way that she was extremely proud of it. Like a badge of honor. I can't help but feel deep sadness for her. She is at an age that she should be resting in the truth rather than hoping to discover glimmers of it here and there in Gnosticism and Pagan practices.

Thank you DJ. He is improving thanks be to God. The antibiotic seems to be working through the IV. They have him on clear liquids today and need to do more blood work to check kidneys heart and lungs. They want to keep him two to three more days. He seems out of the woods but there is some concern going forward so it is ki nd of day to day. Right now I am so grateful f or the prayers and very hopeful he will come out of this.
