I marvel at the bravery of David Daleiden taking on the richest people in the world in defence of the most innocent and vulnerable of all God's children. He ges precious little support from God's representatives on earth who seem to be dazzled by the wealth of PP's supporters but he will be the one with the mansion in Heaven. It takes a special kind of courage to face down such evil - courage that could only come from God's grace.

The CCP recently issued a text book for use in Chinese schools on ethics which states that Jesus stoned a woman found taken in adultery while admitting that He, Himself is a sinner! It was reported before the accord was originally signed that some of the CCP appointed bishops whose appointments were confirmed by the Vatican, were married. I have been unable to verify this but would not be surprised if it were true.

The matter was first reported by the Union of Catholic Asian News about a textbook published by the Chinese government-run University of Electronic Science and Technology Press. The book is reportedly used to teach “professional ethics and law” in vocational schools.'

According to UCA News, the Chinese book changes the text to say: “When the crowd disappeared, Jesus stoned the sinner to death saying, ‘I, too, am a sinner. But if the law could only be executed by men without blemish, the law would be dead.’”

My heart goes out to Cardinal Zen. An old man with a lifetime of service to the Church he travelled all the way to Rome to plead with the Pope not to appoint a Beijing puppet Bishop of Hong Kong. It breaks my heart. I was praying for Cardinal Zen every day but sort of fell away from it recently. I must start again. May God bless and strengthen him.
