Yes that is my thinking. Plus I don't think it matters that he is protestant. He is Christian or professes to be and he is the descendant at least in terms of power of the King that betrayed the Church and made the reformation possible. So in that sense, I wonder about things prophetically. Plus there is the history of religious conflicts in France (eldest daughter of the Church) in the past and the role (responsibility) of England and the Commonwealth in terms of its power over the world over the last few centuries... I think Francis just reads what's handed to him a lot of the time; someone else probably wrote the stuff praising Russia.
