Byron you said: "...if an anti pope arrives and builds his own cohort and proclaims that Jesus is not present in the Eucharist, at the end of the day will it matter that much?"

This question has been answered in the Catechism of the Catholic Church. The CCC says, yes, it matters a lot:

    The Church's ultimate trial

675 Before Christ's second coming the Church must pass through a final trial that will shake the faith of many believers.573 The persecution that accompanies her pilgrimage on earth574 will unveil the "mystery of iniquity" in the form of a religious deception offering men an apparent solution to their problems at the price of apostasy from the truth. the supreme religious deception is that of the Antichrist, a pseudo-messianism by which man glorifies himself in place of God and of his Messiah come in the flesh.575

676 The Antichrist's deception already begins to take shape in the world every time the claim is made to realize within history that messianic hope which can only be realized beyond history through the eschatological judgement. The Church has rejected even modified forms of this falsification of the kingdom to come under the name of millenarianism,576 especially the "intrinsically perverse" political form of a secular messianism.577

677 The Church will enter the glory of the kingdom only through this final Passover, when she will follow her Lord in his death and Resurrection.578 The kingdom will be fulfilled, then, not by a historic triumph of the Church through a progressive ascendancy, but only by God's victory over the final unleashing of evil, which will cause his Bride to come down from heaven.579 God's triumph over the revolt of evil will take the form of the Last Judgement after the final cosmic upheaval of this passing world.580

    573 Cf. Lk 18:8; Mt 24:12.
    574 Cf. Lk 21:12; Jn 15:19-20.
    574 Cf. Lk 21:12; Jn 15:19-20.
    575 Cf. 2 Th 2:4-12; I Th 5:2-3; 2 Jn 7; I Jn 2:1 8, 22.
    576 Cf. DS 3839.
577 Pius XI, Divini Redemptoris, condemning the "false mysticism" of this "counterfeit of the redemption of the lowly"; cf. GS 20-21.
    578 Cf. Rev 19:1-9.
    579 Cf Rev 13:8; 20:7-10; 21:2-4.
    580 Cf. Rev 20:12 2 Pt 3:12-13.

So the Church has answered your question. My answer does not matter. Please read carefully and meditate on what the Church is teaching. Ask the Holy Spirit to enlighten you if you do not understand. Ask a holy priest to explain it to you.

Note that the Church clearly thinks that it matters that many Catholics will be deceived. These sections of the CCC are a warning. The CCC does not say to just "Trust and Hope in Mary." Be sure to read also the Bible verses and magisterial documents from which the CCC derives its teaching.

Sure, we can withhold judgement about the name of the person who becomes the Antipope/False Prophet/Antichrist described and warned about in Catholic teaching. But you need to be watching and praying because it is settled Catholic teaching that this man will come. You must be on the lookout for the signs. I see signs. St. Paul explained in 2 Thessalonians 2:10 why some people will not be able to see those signs.

You have broadly hinted. Are you suggesting that Pope Francis is going to be possessed by the devil and be the Antichrist? You have called him the Bishop in White and spoken about what happened with China and the Vatican.
Why don’t you answer my question in an upfront manner? It’s a yes or no question.

Byron, have you read these books?

They present a different perspective on the papal situation. They both are well-researched and argued.

Oh HeavenlyHosts, it is Sunday. Let's recall the enemies of Our Lord who tried again and again to entrap Him. How He suffered then and how He suffers still when He sees His creatures doing the same thing to those who only wish to serve Him.

But to answer your question, yes, I think it is highly probable that "the bishop in white" (https://motheofgod.com/threads/francis-i-am-the-bishop-dressed-in-white.10638/) is the person that the CCC 675 warns about. Am I certain about this? No.

PNF - my point is that man already glorifies himself. The deception has been here already. We don’t need an Antichrist to bring that about. It’s been here for a very long time. Now this period we are in will unveil the person of the AC of this present era. But it won’t be the Last Judgment. This era we are living in is not the last unleashing of evil, because it’s not the end of the world. Our Lady as she promised in Fatima will stomp on the snake. These are the Marian times. It is through her again like it was with Christ’s birth. She is the one who will lead our priests (her little heel) to win the battle against Satan. That’s what matters.

    :)
This is not entrapment. I have been paying some attention to your posts. If there is any entrapment, it’s not from me. I’m just telling you what you have said. You have revealed yourself quite a bit on this forum.
    Have a blessed Sunday.:)
Edit: the point is, too, that none of us have proof right now. We must wait on the Lord. That was my pastor’s message today in his homily.
