Thank you, Brian. I feel very strongly as well. I want to add that my friend wore a miraculous medal toward the last years of her life. She passed away on a November 27, which is the feast day of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. Our Lady never deserted her.
Let me say it again: I have nothing but the greatest respect for Mark. He’s a wonderful person and I feel many of his writings are truly inspired. But the truth is the truth. You may not be aware he accused some forum members of fomenting schism and questioning the validity of the current popes election. Simply because they had the foresight to see what (I hope) is now clear to everybody. These are straw man arguments. But who can find a single post on this forum claiming we should leave the barque of Peter? I can’t. Quite the contrary. We are constantly urged to combat schism. As for the validity of this popes election I would say the vast majority of members clearly and unreservedly recognize the current pope IS THE POPE. Those who have reservations (myself included) are quick to clarify that this grave question is not for us to decide. It’s completely above our paygrade. Hope that helps.
