My thoughts on the Pope Francis issue is that the Church has been allowed to go through some what of a "dark night" by the Holy Spirit, a form of purification where all seems lost and confusing, but will eventually lead to better things when the dark night passes. Malachi Martin himself said the Church was going through a liquidation process to be replaced with something far different in the future (for the better, hopefully).

Yes, its a bit like our own personal spiritual journey, God has to destroy in order to build. This is a constant.

This is what conversion is. We must constantly be converting which means constantly being destroyed.

As St Francis used to say, 'Little brothers let us begin today'.

I think it’s somewhat of a generalization about home schooling, also.

When the time comes very few will remain beneath the Cross, very very few indeed.

We are even seeing this happening at the moment before the Storm even starts. Empty, empty Churches. Huge empty Churches.

If anyone asks you the question, 'Will few be saved?' Simply point to our empty Churches. That is answer enough.

Scott, the exerpt below from the article you posted makes very good sense to me.

So then, returning to the great apostasy, if the world goes back to godlessness and the powers of this world without the powers of the age to come after the age of peace, they simply can no longer say they have any mercy left from God in an apocalyptic sense. It will be, as it were, unforgivable historically. Here, one may object, God has persistently shown mercy on fallen civilizations. True, but this last civilization will do so with the fullness of divine revelation, and with a period of mercy already granted once in the minor tribulation. They will have taken the fullness of everything that God can give to a world on this side of the end of time and thrown it in God’s face. Once humanity issues the supreme insult upon the fullness of all that He has to give in this world, short only of eternity, nothing remains to remedy the situation.

    Thank you.

O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee!

Billy Graham says Satan can fool people into thinking that he is 'promoting good' while hiding his evil intentions

Billy Graham quotes 2 Corinthians 11:14: 'Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.'(Facebook/Billy Graham)
There is no doubt that Satan is absolutely evil. However, world-renowned evangelist Billy Graham says Satan can be very tricky and fool people into thinking that he is "promoting good and standing for what is right."

"But even when Satan appears to be on the side of good, he is only using it as a mask to deceive us and hide his real intentions — which are always evil," Graham warns on his website.

Even the apostle Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 11:14: "Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light."

Because of this, Graham tells Christians never to underestimate Satan's power and his ability to deceive people and make them think that he is not to be feared.

"In fact, he even deceives some people into thinking he doesn't exist! He is not as powerful as God — but he still is a powerful spiritual force who works against God in every way he possibly can. No wonder the Bible commands us to 'Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes' (Ephesians 6:11)," says Graham.

The evangelist adds that Satan does everything that he can to block God's plan on Christians' lives. Everything he does is to contradict the works and plans of God. "He isn't equal with God — but in ways that are largely hidden from us, he is engaged in a constant cosmic battle against God," says Graham.

As terrifying as Satan is, Graham says the good news is that he is already a defeated foe. "Yes, he is still at work — but by Jesus Christ's death and resurrection, He dealt Satan a fatal blow. Death and Hell and Satan have been defeated, and someday Christ's victory will be complete. Make sure your faith and trust are in Jesus Christ, both now and for all eternity," he tells his readers.

Well one very good thing I've been gifted in these terrible times is a little bit more humility.
I've discovered that many things I was most certain of , I never should have been so certain of at all. While the very things I should have been most certain of and counted most in the past I never relied on enough.

One of the greatest of these is Devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. I never before understood just how important this was I more and more do now.

In the Book of the Apocalypse we read of the woman with child fleeing into hiding from the dragon. I just feel that Mary is holding my hand and we're running into the caves of prayer together. Our Lady said said, 'The only arms left to you will be my rosary'.

    Well how true is that?:)

The Dragon is having a high old good time at the moment, but it won't work out so well for him when Mary comes out and breaks his old neck for him.:):)

Looking forward.. Till then I am happy enough to be with Mary in the cave of Prayer.

Billy Graham was a wise holy old bird, he saw this all coming down the line from way, way back.

That's what Prophets do, see things coming down the line.

what i mean is, the middle ages was like caveman compared to 21st century, or even the 20th century. The world knew very little of the created order in middle ages. it was very primitive science. I know that science was not suppressed. I wasn't saying that it was. What i meant was science was like an gestation at 3 months, where today, science is like a fifty year old man

this exactly what i believe. pagan Rome was the dark night of senses, when the Father was blasphemed, today is the dark night of the soul, where the Son is blasphemed, and the great apostasy will be the martyrdom, where the Spirit will be blasphemed. I have an article on that, if you like

I agree, for now, but in the age of peace, the churches will be full with faithful catholis, which will be most persons in the world

Though , according to Catholic Prophesy this may well be because there are very, very few people left alive in the World? I know this is a big downer, but this appears to be what the Prophecies say...

..they also say that the good will die with the bad...

I guess that could be true. Too, God does not protect His children from physical harm, only their intellects from error in the infallible Church teacahing, and the intellect is the forehead. Hence, the trumpets that do not harm those sealed can the the spiritual proclamations of Mother Church down through the ages, and Catholics are protected when they heed them in their mind, since the Churchs' truths ar epure, their forehead will not be harmed. But those who do not listen will be harmed spiritually by the very nature of their spiritual errors
