Exactly. A long-time friend of ours, who claims to be a Christian, has recently said (I heard him) that Americans today should suffer from diseases which mass migration (he's for Open Borders) brings because of European diseases killing off lots of Native Americans. This man has 3 grown children and at least 2 grandchildren. The past can't be forgiven? It's got to be "eye for an eye" without end? I've never been so chagrined and aghast in my life, since 2016.
Thinking like the above completely baffles me. There was no clear understanding from a medical perspective of Europeans planning to eradicate Native Americans via diseases from which the Indians had no immunity. Sadly and totally illogical. But he would wish this on his own extended family? Praise God that Jesus doesn't think along the lines of a tit for a tat; there would be no one in Heaven besides God and Our Lady and the angels! Lord have Mercy!

Incoming diseases won't just affect White people (duh). Husband continues occasionally visiting him. I don't.
