    Nicole,

This is in response to your earlier post!

    Hi Deacon John,

I am so over joyed! Amen!

From the moment you mentioned charismatics, I began to smile!

I am from a Diverse, Dynamic Catholic Charismatic parish, St. Antoninus, in Newark, NJ. I first experienced the baptism of the Holy Spirit in 2009, during my 'Cursillo', followed by five Life in the Spirit Seminars, the most recent one, was on the Feast of Christ the King, which was also, my birthday.

    Nicole,

So good to hear your testimony! Both myself and my wonderful wife, Geralyn, experienced the baptism in the Holy Spirit back in the 1970s. It was like an awakening of my Confirmation. Though I'm no longer active in a charismatic prayer group, I forever rejoice in my relationship with the Holy Spirit!:ROFLMAO: I urge everyone to attend a Life in the Spirit Seminar. Jesus wants to equip us with the gifts of His choosing, and I know of very few channels like the seminars that disposes one to be open to whatever God wishes to give- even the Corinthian gifts. In the times we live, whatever God wants to give, I will accept!:)

I think one of the greatest fruits of the baptism (or release) of the Holy Spirit in my life has been joy. The tangible experience of His Love and Mercy has led to the certainty of His Presence, even in the dry times! Praise God's holy Name!

Joy in the Spirit of Jesus!
