Are we ready?

Sometimes even though I think I am, I remember that God doesn't see things as we do...and then I think I haven't done what I should be doing and nothing is enough. I pray for His mercy!

 

I did criticize a line in one of her recent messages about not worrying about careers lacking in hope. Generally though, I find her messages inspiring and touching. The repeated call to prayer helping boost my motivation to and a call to communal pray something I am going to get going at home better.

I feel the Holy Spirit pulling and pushing me to get ready for changes. Thank God I am not in the same place I was 10-15 years ago.

[Reposted] I am not a fan of Michael Brown at Spirit Daily. However, he posted something recently that may be of interest. It concerns an alleged messenger from the Countdown website, Gisella Cardia. (Brown also included a warning on a new prophet, someone he does not name.)

"Cardia’s apparitions allegedly occur in Trevignano Romano, Italy, and began in 2016 following a visit to Medjugorje, where she purchased a statue that has since wept blood.

"I’m open-minded — though I must say when blood clots on the face of the Blessed Mother, when it is unsightly, it gives me great pause.

So does the fact that her “stigmata” looks more like amateur tattoos.

"I would put this aside for now — in a “suspense account.” The same is true with another “seer” making the rounds with startling prophecies of a time when, during “The Warning,” planes will even be frozen mid-air.

"I don’t find that plausible, and I was greatly concerned — and have reached a negative discernment — about this “seer” when I watched a Youtube video of him saying something strange. I don’t want to get into the details. Be careful. Everyone can be deceived."

It does indeed look like someone stuck pins in her arm, rather than heavenly writing. God does not create images that are unsightly, inspire revulsion, or look untidy (as the 'writing' surely does).

I am not impressed with the alleged prediction of covid, since at the time it mentioned bacteria. Consider the number of prophecies this woman has made; does anyone remember or cite all the ones that are unfullfilled? The same with Pedro Regis and Luz de Maria, there are simply so many predictions that a few may be arguable simply owing to coincidence.

And, of course, Peter Bannister's discernment proved faulty when he dedicated a book to false seer Charlie Johnson.

 

One thing I find extremely odd with the many "visionaries" today is that there is no human interaction with Mary or Jesus. They all get their messages and then those get propagated. But if the Mother of God appeared to you, wouldn't you have a conversation with her? Ask questions? Get clarifications? etc. Ask about things more specifically about things like the coronavirus. Especially with the kinds of messages Gisella supposedly gets... war, famine, etc. Where's the natural human to speak to Mary and get clarity? Too many of the messages are vague, or have vague timetables, or speak of things anyone with half a brain knows and would be right at least with a fifty percent chance. To me the whole thing where the seer gets a message and we're done until our next scheduled apparition just strikes me very odd from a human standpoint. If the Mother of God appeared to me, I'd be asking her all sorts of follow up questions for humanity to know. Just my two cents on discerning these.

 

One of the visionaries at Medugorje asked Our Lady the most interesting question one time, she asked Mary if there was life nn other planets?

To which Our Lady replied,

'That is none of your concern'.

One of the most interesting questions and answers I have ever heard.

I kind of take if from Our Lady's answer that there really is life on other planets. For if there were not the easiest thing for Our Lady to do would have been to say a simple, 'No'.

That's my guess anyway.

She's mentioned Italy a few times...I'm Italian and have a lot of family there.. I'm praying for the whole country. I don't think anyone realizes whats to come...not that we know, but the distractions are causing everyone to focus on the virus, the election, the disasters, protests and most people are just blind and can't see the signs, thr evil that is spreading, they don't realize they need to convert and return to God.
All we can do for humanity is pray and offer up all for the salvation of souls.

 

I think that quite often!! I am reassured by the Holy Spirit, all will understand the reason for all this when the Illumination comes!

Until then, we will continue to hear a whole LOT of hyteria & panic. Not to be discounted or mistaken for not being real. But nowhere do we hear ANY mention of pray people. Ok, maybe if my Dad & I tuned into Fox17 during dinner...

My cousin lives in Oakland CA. Another lives in Montrose CO. Both are in big doodoo with wildfires, CO much less!! I saw those winds on the national news tonight. Tropical depression force!!

I just posted on the signs thread what appeared on my bible app when I opened it. We must pray continously.

There are lots of things here that I do not believe I've read in any approved messages from Jesus. First, 'Jesus' refers to Gisella as "my sister and daughter." Then he switches to a direct address to others--presumably those in the audience--"Brothers and sisters." Then there is some very high praise of the seer, "you are blessed by heaven and by My Father...you will never be alone...you will be anointed every day." Also I am puzzled by Satan trying to "take the souls of My infants" who are below the age of reason, and therefore, unable to commit personal sin.

My personal understanding of your questions comes from many years of Bible study plus childhood CCD. Jesus seems to be addressing Gisella from the standpoint of God (daughter) and our brother by virtue of Mary being His Mom. He addressed her as the mother of humanity from the cross. Perhaps this is an oversimplification but that is how I have understood these references.
