I think that Maria S., the lady in your avatar, has spoken of any even numbered year for the Warning and she would know the best besides, Mari Loli herself but I agree with what WCWTS has stated.

Do you recall what Maria has said about this? Thank you.

 

I first spoke to her on the phone (County Clare, Ireland to California) in 2014. She sent me a kissed object and more info on Garabandal. We met finally in Garabandal 2014 and I attended a few of her talks there. She headed up a pilgrimage from the US.

 

Thanks so much for this. I actually sorta look forward to things "shattering" our expectations....more humbling and therefore felt from God rather than anything we could plan ourselves!

 

Carol, to be honest, only recently I realized the WCWTS sign on September 23 from other source than Antonio Y. I don't think I've ever heard that from him -although it might have escaped me if he did. He has a lot to say about that time in September but from what I remember is around the Jewish feasts of the Fall -Tabernacles or something else (sorry, I don't seem to be able to keep track of the Jewish names and feasts).

There is another video of an interview with Jacinta -probably in their home living room. Again, she is not in the details of the journalist asking questions but in the spiritual impression of the experience and the teachings of Our Blessed Mother.

Now in this particular video there is an almost jaw-dropping moment when the interviewer asks Jacinta for clarification on a response she gave years earlier. Apparently in the previous interview she said that the Warning will come after a Communist Invasion. Well, she can't remember that. But then she admits that sometimes she mistakes the words invasion and persecution (20 minutes mark). So much so that she spells out in Spanish what she understand as "persecution" making it obvious that she doesn't know the meaning of the word at the time when she is giving this interview of the current video. So her husband has to explain the meaning of the Spanish words to her in the spot. She ends up giving to understand -very clearly in Spanish - that she meant PERSECUTION and leaves it at that saying that it's "a little bit of everything" ...

In another moment she says that The Blessed Mother told them they had to be simple, honest, and obedient. Then she adds she didn't know what she meant -except obedient, of course, that she knew.

I don't mean to discredit in any way Jacinta or Garabandal but I think we need to land into the reality that these girls were perfect to receive the message from Heaven and to live it out in their lives but where ill prepare (and might have remained such to certain extent) to satisfy the hunger for detail and journalistic curiosity of the world. It is in this frame that I insist -again- that we cannot take the details of Garabandal apparitions and scrutinize them as we do with Scripture. We can do that with the official MESSAGES given by the Archangel in the name of Our Blessed Mother, messages that they repeat verbatim over the years and the seers don't translate into English when they repeat them, they HAVE to tell them in Spanish as if they were branded in their memory with the Spanish words.

I would say everything else is to be taken with a spoonful of salt.

I mean no harm, but I must tell that when Our Mother has guided me very carefully over those years I've been here in Catholic blog and information world She has not given me the task to study Garabandal phenomenon. Only once I read a bit more about it but remained unsure. I did not feel that it would be false, I just sensed something unclear about it. "Leave it, do not interfere" has been my strategy - and I'm absolutely sure my Mother has guided me this way. I would not have "survived" here in Catholic world unless She has not helped me to find the right way. I'm an outsider, nearly everything was new to me. I made some errors but She helped me to notice them and I quitted reading those sites and messages of some "seers".

I have consecrated me to Our Lady 25.3.2015. I used Catholic reading texts and Ortohodox/Catholic prayers when doing it. I trust my Mother and I know she is guiding me every day. I'm like a child in this matter and I just try to do what she says. I have nothing against Garabandalists but I have noticed they believe so much in certain words - sometimes a bit vague ones. This is dangerous and can prevent them/us from seeing the whole picture. I'm sorry if I offended somebody here.

 

the other requirements of the Pope's visit to Moscow and Communism being more forcefully recognized

1. A pope maybe visited Moscow - if he returned to doctrine of Moscow 1917
2. I do not know, where you live, maybe on an isolated island in Pacific in some jungle among aborigines, but here in the civilized world communism is recognized very well

The Pope's visit to Moscow was not a requirement of all prophesies from Garabandal!

Nor was the statement that Communism was to be more forcefully recognized?====== Whatever that means?

This is obiviously a fallible interpretation by a fallible individual'!

I do not understand this person's evaluation nor his/her evaluation of any of the points in question!

Lets Look more closely and pose the opposite scenario;

A] A pope will maybe not visit Moscow - and therefore he may not return to the doctrine of Moscow 1917! Whatever that..... or its opposite means?!!

B] No one knows, where you live Daria, maybe you live in the middle of New York City!

To imply that you live in a primative isolated island in the Pacific or in some jungle among aborigines is beyond discriminatory and really what does it mean?

Maybe it means that the person who wrote it........... lives in a Matrix of intellectual superority!

And compared to the rest of us mere mortals [who live in the real world], this persons pride wants us to believe that they are greater than everyone else?

Isn't there enough of division within our Church right now without all this fussing about who is false and who is not false? Judge by the fruits! All the answers are at the foot of the Cross. Please stop all this bickering and love each other! It is so sad to read some of these posts - just imagine how Our dear Lord feels when He sees us acting like this. May God bless all here.

Heaven constantly urges us to peace and love and to not complain about the speck in your brother or sister's eye but instead to worry about the log in your own. Well, I'll speak for myself, thank you, and you got it wrong. It would be very refreshing if you could refrain from labeling people especially since you often don't get the context of comments correct...as was shown when partially referencing my comment. My comment alluded to what was stated by one of the seers as quoted re: Communism as a system making a comeback in the future where it will look like the whole world is under such a system. "When" that occurs the faithful would not be permitted to worship freely and openly as in the past and the Pope himself would also be effected by such an outward "force" to either have to stay in hiding at the Vatican or elsewhere! Such labeling of others can't be excused by language misunderstandings since by now it's the intent that gets repeated. A discussion of the hypotheses of an interesting man, AY, who also references Garabandal as well as other apparition sites has deteriorated to name calling and erroneous labels such as "Garabandalists". Quite a jump! That approach is getting old. Don't know who or what your sources are but that "comeback" Communism as of old and of a recognized "force" within the surrounding society has as yet to occur in this time. Even within that part of the world where terrorism has taken control it's not the same thing as what the seer described as to occur in the future. Any generalized universal materialism which more and more denies God also does not fit that pointed description of the seer.

The best way to share is to accept the more clarified facts offered by the best sources here....like the additional youtube interviews offered for instance of late or better understanding coming from what has been offered about what AY (the subject, btw, of this particular thread) includes within his Garabandal context for his projections. We have learned not to assume that he even used or was aware of the type of year, even or odd, for the Warning. That changes a lot for those following what they earlier had assumed was within his own thinking. Learn something new every day, hopefully!

If you go to threads that are somehow linked to Garabandal and its history and those involved with it but not expect others to mention anything about that subject, esp. if that just might differ with your own personal prejudices about the place, without calling them "Garabandalists" among other things then I would suggest just to stay away to avoid such temptations!

Since things more than likely will come "as a thief in the night" we ought not to get too spent by forcing our own point of views, esp. when apparently often formed out of whole cloth. That only serves to miss the opportunity to learn something new of a factual basis. Unless that's not the purpose for all contributors. Peace!

Even in churches priests preach false doctrines. In your country is maybe the situation another, but here in East Europe we recognized the communism even in the church. It is not my own opinion. Here is a lot of camps:

Garabandalists - who claim literal fulfillment of predicted events
LV - who claims mystical fulfillment of some predicted events
People standing between LV and Garabandalists
People who accept only those events, which are in conformity with their views
People without own opinion moralizing former

Only thing connects all camps: hatred. Is the pride to claim opinions which we consider as true opinions? To claim truth is always humility. I am hated here, on Christian forum, because I attack half-truths, eg. AY's theory. I attack literal explanation of Bible and prophecies, thus also half-truths. I am hated here, when I defend Medjugorje or other prophets. I hear, consider and understand your opinions. But I cannot agree with half-truths. Is the atack against opinions of others the hatred? If I did not fight against them, I would be responisble for silence.
Give me your own arguments. Many quoted only false prophet, because they have no own opinion or argument. Do they think, that the Holy Spirit cannot tell in their mind?
Other give only hatred and no arguments.
LV is not the smoke of Satan. I saw it here like mud established in water, which seemed to be pure. But wasn't! I only stir the waters and people see the mud, the smoke. But the hatred doesn't come out from my heart. I only stir the consciences and the distrust, disturbantion, and hatred is visible. Do not have the members in themselves the Babel? If I stir it, it is visible.
Very nice preparation for the Warning. We are just the same, as apostles before the Crucifixion were.

 

Communism.

"When Communism comes again."

Surely it has come again. Surely it won the day when the Manchurian Candidate was installed in to the Whitehouse, 8 years ago.

I am having a really hard time getting in to a mode of thought where I can celebrate Christmas. Something feels really "off " this year and I cannot feel the Christmas Spirit.

It is as if so many years of relentless secularism has all but killed it.

Is it just me?

I have said to my family I will not be buying any presents this year (probably for the first time in my life) and I will not be preparing a meal. (My children are all going to be out of town at other locations for the day, anyway).

I have chosen to work (I work in healthcare - there are still sick or frail people who need care).

I am looking forward to working that day so that I can pretend it isnt happening, because I feel such a sense of disquiet.

Someone sent me an article about the blood of St. Januarius not liquefying this time. Bad Omen.

It's not just you. There's something weird about this Christmas. Thank God for people like you who are willing to spend Christmas helping others.

 

Pray Hope and do not worry all of you things will happen when they happen. Not one of us here really know when. We do not need to know we just need to prepare. And if we can have a good Christmas let it be so, embrace it as it may be the last normal kind of one. I am not as educated or as well read as the majority of you here are and I enjoy reading your thoughts on so many different matters but I have to say it saddens me when I see people condescending or feel more righteous than the other. At the end of the day you are all as GOOD as each other no more no less we are all striving for the same goal. God bless each and every one of you I enjoy you all but leave the bashing out of it.
