There was a wonderful story I read one time in the life of a saint and great mystic who happened to be a nun. One time the devil put a question in this ladies head concerning matters of Faith which she could not think of an answer for. So she went to her confessor who was a learned Jesuit and asked him. He did not know, but promised to ask his confreres. So he and his fellow Jesuits debated the question but could not find an answer either so they sent the question to the University professors in Paris who were much perplexed by the question but eventually came up with an answer. However they warned that the nun should never repeat the question as it would undermine people Faith very greatly.Their belief was that the question had originated with the devil
