Scrapple is good when it is cooked properly.

I loved scrapple. Probably don’t want to know what’s in it, but it’s good fried with maples syrup:)

    Dear God no.

Ham and cabbage with boiled potato . The dogs eat the corned beef. Poor creatures, they know no better.

The Irish, I would say, have the worst cuisine on the planet. Even eating guinea pigs is a step up. :);)

    Lets not pretend.

But they make up a lot of points on the drinking front.

The Rapa brand is the one I like best. The seasoning has some sage, I think. It has cornmeal, too. It’s made in Delaware and it is locally supplied here in Maryland. It’s all what you get used to. People here eat it with toast with Concord grape jelly. I’ll have to try the syrup!

My favorite too! I just bought a cabbage to make it. Just a good old fashion pot meal.
