Good advice AN. Lumena my father had the exact same experience. He said that his voice coming from deep inside him spoke "In the Name of Jesus I confound you!" And it slowly retreated. He woke up my mother who sprayed the room with Holy Water. He didn't even know about the word "confound"--he discovered its ancient meaning was "to put in another place". He felt his Guardian Angel had spoken through him perhaps. He was very unsettled by it. A priest friend of the family didn't want to discuss it at all!!!! Suggestion: consecrate yourself and your dreams to the Sacred Heart before you go to sleep. Bless yourself with holy water. God bless.
Does anyone know where I can get zinc? I take vitamin D daily and airborne fizzy drink every other day as prevention but am looking for zinc tablets too even though airborne has zinc. Sorry to hijack your thread Mario!
Should be readily available in any pharmacy or in the supplement section of any larger store. A popular size seems to be 50mg.
I've been looking in target, Walmart and bj's but have not seen any. Don't know if I need to go to gnc or Amazon. I will continue to look. Thanks!!
Grocery stores and drug stores. There is straight up zinc 50 mg but I cut it in half. And there is Zicam for when you get sick--where you use lozenges every 3 hours til symptoms go away.

Just to add...Whole Foods sells zinc tablets. Trader Joe's sells a combination tablet of calcium, magnesium, and zinc, I have been taking this daily.
Continued prayers for Geralyn and yourself Terry. May God Bless you both through this suffering. It is a cross God has prepared for you! Most of us suffer from crosses that we have formed ourselves over our youthful years and beyond etc, but for those that have lived a good heroic life and do Gods will, producing many fruits, God has to reserve special crosses which can in turn help mankind! These special crosses are normally those that come to common man and may not be seen as special (so are very humble)! but God needs and calls His blessed children to carry crosses in union with those that have not yet received His graces. Geralyn and your Family carry a special light and grace which spiritually helps all those that are suffering the same. I believe you are helping many, without even knowing it! What I mean in the above, can be seen in a similar type vein to the suffering offered to St Maximillian Kolbe or St Jacinta and St Francisco and other saints called to suffer in union with a world suffering.
