Do you have a spiritual director? If not Sanctus, please try to find a good one. It’s really important. I remembered you all week and will continue to at mass. Please find a spiritual director! We can pray, but you need someone to counsel you through this.
This is very good and very important advice, Sanctus. Please heed it. You need help from a good priest, face to face, as soon as possible. We can all talk to you, encourage you and pray for you, and we will gladly continue to do so, but ultimately you need to spend serious time with a good priest, in person and as soon as physically possible. Be assured of my prayers also.

Of course, any punishment is most painful at the time, and far from pleasant; but later, in those on whom it has been used, it bears fruit in peace and goodness. So hold up your limp arms and steady your trembling knees and smooth out the path you tread; then the injured limb will not be wrenched, it will grow strong again.
Sanctus all of the advice you are getting on this forum is wonderful! “Deliverance Prayers” by Fr Ripperger is a great help too. Also consider going to your doctor, or if you can find a functional doctor, who can take blood tests. Ask about your levels of copper, magnesium, thyroid? Try taking supplements like NAC, and the right magnesium to help you with anxiety. Don’t eat sugar, Caffeine, chocolate, or cow’s milk. Eat only Buffalo mozzarella or Mancheco cheese. Try to eat green vegetables and lots of protein. Try gluten free pasta. Brown rice is ok, but only one small potato a day. This will help you physically. My son is going through this, and his anxiety level has lowered tremendously. In fact, he has no more anxiety. He went to a chemist for his blood tests, and supplements. Please try not to take medications. I will include you in my prayers with my son. Also, my son prays to St Charbel. He has helped my son. May God help you.

Great advise…our biology plays a impossible role in overall health. Diet is key. Get a complete work up. If you are not sleeping well, that needs addressed as well. Please use professional help Sanctus. You do not need to be suffering as you are. But you have to look for these people, spiritual director and doctors. You might be surprised at how fast you might feel some relief….but you have to initial it. Please don’t put it off. You deserve to be happy. You know we are praying for you for this.
Many more prayers. I feel helpless, I so wish I could do more. Unite your sufferings with those of Jesus at this Passiontide. Just imagine how many souls you will save!
Happy, Joyful Easter Sanctus! I just heard the most incredible story of God's unbelievable mercy and thought of you. There is nothing we can do to merit such love. Please listen and know that you are safely nestled next to the heart of our Risen Christ...do you feel His warmth and love? Even if you can't feel it, He has His arms wrapped around you.
