I asked my doc if she would prescribe Invermectin for me if I came down w Covid. She said No...the protocol here is that Invermectin is an ineffective therapy for Covid. Wonder where my local Tractor Supply is??? Glad you're feeling better Brian!
Well... I hope I dont get Covid even tho Im pretty sure that Invermcctin is the magic bullet ...I wont be able to get it if I should get Covid. She said that taking Invermectin was "dangerous" It certainly sounds like Brian had Covid ( even tho his test was negative) and the horse paste kicked it out of his system!!?? Thats one mans story however... not proof .
A simple internet search would provide lots of input on this subject. Stay away from Google as they’re actively censoring these findings. Here’s a sample of support for Ivermectin. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33278625/ https://www.cnsnews.com/article/nat...ermectin-covid-wonder-drug-if-you-take-it-you https://covid19criticalcare.com/wp-...the-prophylaxis-and-treatment-of-COVID-19.pdf https://www.weeklyblitz.net/health/ivermectin-shows-great-success-in-treating-covid-19/ https://dominicantoday.com/dr/covid...-6000-patients-with-covid-19-with-ivermectin/
Hmmm...I hadn’t had any fever since Friday. Now a low grade fever of 99.6 has returned late this morning so I took a third dose of Ivermectin. No other symptoms. This thing is just plain weird.
It’s only recommended to take a dose of Ivermectin on days one and three, then another at two weeks. I took the third dose on day six, since it takes two to three days to get out of your system. I wouldn’t recommend that to others though.
It is being studied at one dose per day for five days already so I think I’m safe here: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04646109
Is there a shelf life to ivermectin - ie., if I buy it for a just in case - does it weaken in strength ?
My neighbor in her early 80's has been battling this for 2 weeks. Are you doing the rest of the protocol Brian? How accurate is the antigen test?
Brian, Does the Ivermectin from your source meet the same standard of purity as that produced for human use? Do dosages need to be carefully calibrated for a person's weight? Interactions with other prescription drugs seniors would be likely to take. Excuse me if I have missed this information previously, it's a fast-moving thread.
Expiration date on this batch is 9/22 but I’ve read conversations among veterinarian use that it’s good for two years beyond that if it’s stored in a cool dry place.
I put a call in to my PCP so I’ll see if she recommends following up with a PCR test. (I’m sure she will.)
I can’t answer your questions here directly except to say it’s been prescribed over 3 billion times over 50 years (yes, “billion” with a “b”), is on the WHO list of global essential medications, received the Nobel prize and has one of the lowest side effects profiles of any modern medicine. I addressed the use of veterinarian Ivermectin in prior posts. I’m taking it, as my PCP and ER won’t prescribe it. You have to make up your own mind. Lots of info here: https://www.barnhardt.biz/2021/03/2...ld-billions-in-flu-vaccines-and-otc-remedies/ and here: https://nonvenipacem.com/2021/02/04/ivermectin-whats-good-for-the-horse-is-good-for-the-handler/
Most of it. I don’t have quercetin, and instead of zinc I’m taking bismuth (PeptoBismol) on the advice of an MD friend who doing a study on it. There is scientific evidence that bismuth works similarly to zinc. Apparently the antigen test has better results when it comes out positive that the PCR test, but weaker results when it tests negative. So my same friend studying bismuth wants me to get another PCR test. Ugh.
