Just a quick hi from Melbourne, Australia - and just want to say how pleased I am to have found a small forum devoted to Our Lady. I've recently been posting on a really big forum and felt kind of alone in there - some of the members seem to know one another, but only the ones who were there from the start. I'm so happy to have made my way in here while the numbers are still small enough to get to know the people! And even more so to have found a forum in honour of the Blessed Virgin Mothre. She has been very important in my life just recently as I've gone through a rather difficult time, and now that things are improving for me, I'm glad of somewhere I can give thanks, share stories, share the faith. God bless you all and looking forward to getting to know you!

Hi Rachel from Down Under! This forum has been around a while, so I don't think there's much danger that it will grow lso large that someone will be lost among the hubbub. I feel like we're all an intimate circle of friends and there is always room for one more . . . so this makes up for the times when the board is really slow.

Welcome and Hi from Up Yonder!

Hi Rachel we are a small group but what I find great is that members do care about each other and give good advice when needed and especially I have felt the benefit of the prayers of my friends on this forum. Thank you all. Rachel I am looking forward to hearing more about you.
    God bless
    Mary

    Welcome Rachel!

I have a daughter with your name who teamed up with an Aussie doing volunteer work in the Midwest in 2003. I'm sorry to say that I tried, but failed to acquire a taste for veggamite. Is that what it's called? At least I gave it a whirl! :D

Glad you're on board! You can keep us posted on World Youth Day! I'm also praying the Lord take pity on your drought conditions! :(

In the Hearts of Jesus and Mary!
