Hi everyone. Sunday night I lost my engagement ring and wedding band .They have to be somewhere in my house I just don't know where! My husband and I just celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary. I've prayed to St. Anthony and I'm now asking for help from you all please keep me in your prayers for my rings return. Been frantically searching for 2 days .God Bless.
Promise St. Anthony to donate to food pantry or Poor Box. It's called St. Anthony's bread. Tell him in advance and he will lead you to the rings. Did you take them off to put on lotion? I have a bad habit of doing that. Garabandal was right. Jesus was lost, then Jesus was found.
Great advice here. I was thinking the same thing about the lotion. Try and think about what has prompted you to remove them in the past, like HH's lotion idea. I also suggest that you check your handbag and your car. And don't dispose of any garbage unless you have thoroughly gone through it first. I will be praying that you find them very soon.
Solid ideas I put lotion on in the car while in a parking garage taking my ring off Clumsy Dropped the ring under the car mat under the seat Husband had to remove car seat to get ring Duh Good posts here
Yes, I did take them off to put on lotion! Thank you for prayers and suggestions...still haven't been found.
PRAYER TO SAINT ANTHONY TO RECOVER LOST THINGS O blessed St. Anthony, the grace of God has made you a powerful advocate in all our needs and the patron for the restoring of things lost or stolen. I turn to you today with childlike love and deep confidence. You have helped countless children of God to find the things they have lost, material things, and, more importantly, the things of the spirit: faith, hope, and love. I come to you with confidence; help me in my present need. I recommend what I have lost to your care, in the hope that God will restore it to me, if it is His holy Will. Amen.
Dear Brittney, make a list of all the possible reasons you would take your rings off. Write everyone down, no matter how unlikely. Then investigate each of these reasons in case you took the rings off. Check places where you placed your hands like snaggy dress sleeves, gloves, blankets, etc. Just a few ideas. I misplaced my wedding ring, after going crazy, I found that while I was painting my nails, I took it off and placed it around the top of one of my nail varnish bottles, there it was, safe! Thank you, St. Anthony!
Abba, This most precious of all rings, blessed by You at Brittany's wedding, is a sign of Your faithful presence in their union. Let your angels soon return it soon, O Lord. Safe in the Father's Arms!
