Thank you for sharing. The Church and altar are quite beautiful. And of, course, so wonderful to see Jesus in the Eucharist on the altar. I can only see the first few pews …. Filled with priests. I hope the Church is filled, but even if only a small group, Christ is in their midst blessing them and through them your country!

my wife and I will soon start our morning office and will be doing so with the Eucharist from St. Columba on our screen as Jesus will be present with us here.

    god bless

    Scripture Reading 2 Peter 1:10-11 ©
Brothers, you have been called and chosen: work all the harder to justify it. If you do all these things there is no danger that you will ever fall away. In this way you will be granted admittance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ.

Its strange to see the headline "live from Derry" on this website... which I've frequented for so many years.
I'm sitting here in the long tower chapel as I type. I grew up here, I learned the faith here. I went to the long tower boys primary school for 7 years just next door. This is my parish. I'm sitting in the same pew where I sat with my parents every single Sunday for the first 10 years of my life. And even tho I've moved about 5 or 6 miles away, I still consider this my home parish. It's a bit surreal. Jesus certainly works in very very intimate and funny ways. There's a great crowd. The men are here. Great turnout. Confessions happening behind me. Everyone reverent. Jesus up there on his beautiful alter...
We'll take Ireland back with Him.

That was a very, very holy experience.

    Over to you, Jesus...

So grateful for the live-stream. In my life I've never seen so many men, faithful Catholics, joined in prayer like this. You've all, together, been a great sign of hope.

May God start a fire in Derry that will spread throughout the whole of the island. A holy chain reaction.

There are no coincidences with God.

You maybe don't realise brother how powerful your prayers are!

I missed seeing it live but was praying at Adoration. Were there many men there?

No unfortunately it was after 12 before I got out of the hospital and I wasnt feeling to good to be honest, by the time I would have got to Derry it would have been over, maybe next time or even better if they plan a second one in Belfast.

Sorry you are not feeling well. Sounds like they are planning to rotate to different sites every few months. Feel better soon.

I know that was a procedure that can be an ordeal. I am sure God used it and your disappointment to bless those who could make it. I saw a story from Vienna. A whole crowd of Catholics in a Rosary procession.

    jackzokay,

I'm so happy for you and all who joined in prayer. Our enemies who consider themselves so clever in attempting to usurp Eire's Catholic roots are about to be shocked by what God will accomplish through Our Lady:

Genesis 3:15 I will put enmities between thee and the woman, and thy seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel. (DRA)
