I hesitated before posting this. Maybe we should concentrate on the good stuff. But I find the magnitude of this evil difficult to ignore. And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’
Do you read Divine Office everyday? Since Lent began the readings have been about Moses and Pharoah and God. There are so many parallels to this war between Isreal and Hamas. If Hamas would let the hostages go this would end. God had to kill the first born of all Egyptians before the stubborn Pharoah would let the people go. There was much wailing and mourning in Egypt over the deaths of their children. Why is Hamas so stubborn? They started it . . . what is the message here?
I think Hamas sees world opinion going their way. An "optics" success. And Israel seems like a bully. The truth is somewhere in the middle probably.
Hamas planned the attack and started this whole thing but Israel is now intent on wiping Palestine off the face of the earth. It is horrific to see hospitals being bombed and seriously ill people and children being maimed and killed and left without any care or services. It is heartbreaking. Violence will not solve any problem. I pray for peace and for all the homeless and all the orphans created by this conflict which has created a hell on earth.
Yes we all do. We have witnessed war after war and the killing of innocents. Are humans self destructive? Even with abortion and euthanasia. This war is nothing new. When it will end is when Jesus comes and we have a new earth. I’m always asking him to come soon.
Israel is using what was by no means the first attack on her by Hamas as an opportunity to implement her own 'final solution' on Gaza. It must not be forgotten that the Gazans, if they had the power, would more than likely do the same to Israel if the shoe was on the other foot. Broadly, this is a clash between Islam and Talmudic Judaism. Sadly, there are also Christians caught in the cross-fire, with little or no say in events. When all this is said and done, children know nothing of such matters and it is truly heartbreaking to see them being slaughtered.

Yes. History repeats itself except that now the Israelis are the perpetrators. Their aim is the creation of the New Israel from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea. They want the complete and utter destruction of 1.3 million Palestinians and the disappearance of Palestine. They have openly and repeatedly stated that this is their intention. Several analysts suggest that the Hamas attack may well have been allowed as a justification for the implementation of their plan.

There is a huge spiritual battle unfolding before our eyes. The demons have been loosed in heaven and on earth. The keys of Peter have permitted it. Israel, Islam, and Christianity coming to a head. That's why the rosary is the crucial weapon and with it Mary will crush the head of the serpent. It's going to get much worse. The earth will shudder even more as the battle rages. Jesus needs his prayer warriors now. This is why you were born for these times. Do not let politics deceive you. Weep for men that are lost. That is why our mother keeps telling us to pray and persevere.
Every Hail Mary is a shot of Grace. That’s why we say “Hail Mary Full of Grace “. The demons cannot handle grace. It makes them flee to the darkness. Our world is very dark right now. The more Hail Marys we can say the more light will come to the world. If we align our sufferings with prayer it adds more strength. Since the latest proclamation of the Pope who holds the keys, demons have been unleashed. Something that should never have happened. Now the battle has entered heaven. This is what Jesus told Peter when he gave him the keys. This is very serious so Jesus needs his prayer warriors to step up. It IS a battle. God wants the hot and cold not the lukewarm. Listen to what Our Mother is telling us.
And that’s the gist of it. You’re 100% spot on. It’s all spiritual. What we see on the physical realm is the repercussion of the spiritual realm. The restrainer whatever or whoever that might’ve been has been removed.
