I thought I was the only one in America who didn't trust Oprah.

FOR YOUR DISCERNMENT AND FROM THE MAIL: IS OBAMA'S CHARISMA COMING FROM OPRAH'S NEW AGE?

We urgently need to invoke the Holy Spirit against the powerful charism, which Oprah is creating with her 10-week book promotion, and which is fueling the raw emotional appeal of Obama. I understand now, after putting together the pieces of this puzzle, that there is a direct causal relationship between Oprah's use of charisma, and Obama's power over the masses.

Why is Oprah, during this holiest of seasons, pulling out all of the stops to promote a "new age" book, which in its essence is a simple restatement of the original lie, that we can "be as God"? What matters most to her? Is it money? I don't think so; she is already wealthy. It is one thing only, and that is Obama, whom she promoted openly, until it caused a rebellion among her female viewers. Obama can be trusted to create the Oprah-bama-nation.

Oprah is among the aristocracy of new-world, new-age charismatics. The weak link in the chain is that which exists between the charismatic and the believer, and it is there that the charism can be stopped. It makes no difference whether it in a politician or a magician, it can be stopped by willful acts of prayer to the Holy Spirit. Only then will the "spell" be broken, and eyes begin to see again.

Yes, Lee I think Ophrah shows many of the signs of being a False Prophet, I wouldn't be at all surprised if there was even a strong Satanic influence here. I have been praying about Obama and am very uneasy about him, I think there is something bad going on here, but its only a prayerful feeling, I could be wrong, I know.

I am aware of the fact that all professional politicians have to have {I suppose a public acceptable persona, otherwise they wouldn't get by} but yet with Barrack I sense a real divergence from reality, I sense a real fury, a rage...a tiger behind the facade}.

By the way I don't mean to be uncharitable about Barrack in any way, these are just prayerful feelings, I know little of nothing about him, but I would be very careful of him.

I too have the "uneasy" feeling regarding him. . . and his association with Oprah, guess I can just watch and wait...and of course pray.

I dont' have any more bad feelings about Obama than I do any other liberal politician. I think a democrat will win the white house, but I don't think it will be him.

I'll vote for McCain, even though I think Clinton is going to get it. BTW, my opinion has nothing to do with Ron's prediction.

I think the people in this country are sick of the econonmy, the war, the healthcare system and they think that voting in a new party will somehow solve everything.

IMO, they're living in La La Land, but I've been around enough soft-minded liberals to know how illogical and pie-in-the-sky they can be at times.

Americans are so fed-up with politics that they're voting for "change" without regard for what that change may involve.
