What are people's thoughts? I agree there is something odd. Perhaps the trump presidency isn't good news, or maybe it is. I just don't know personally anymore about anything in the world...

 

I think that we must watch what the fruits are of these relationships, place our trust in the Lord and pray for all of these leaders that they be filled with the Holy Spirit. They have a very great responsibility to shoulder and one that can have very lasting effects.

I think that the corporate media will and is doing the same thing that they did with President Bush. Making the Presidents advisers out to be far smarter than the President and then vilifying them in the media as the "real decision maker" with some kind of ulterior motive to the President. It is a pretty obvious pattern that they seem to follow over and over again when their selection is not in power.

 

He also makes me nervous. I don't know what to think about most anyone anymore. Bad advisors can influence someone to make bad decisions. I "feel" Trump is a basically good American but he has little experience in the political realm and so he listens and learns. He is used to listening to his managers and to many opinions during his business life, I imagine, so he would go that route first, listening to advisors. If things sound plausible then any of us would lean towards that in inexperience.

I am offering my Mass and my prayers today for world leaders and peace in our world. I am seriously nervous but there still is this "voice" of calm that breaks in and comforts my thoughts. God is still with us and will lead us if we but listen. Please Lord, help us listen to what you are telling us and guide us to you always. Amen.

 

People like Jared are interesting and worth watching because they seem to tick boxes in Catholic Prophecy for the anti Christ. I am not saying he is the anti Christ just that he ticks some of boxes. Well yes. But on the other hand I think there are more saints alive in Ireland than lived in all the centuries before us.

They are hidden. But they are there. It is the same for the rest of the Church. A Sign of this is that there are said to be more martyrs now at the present time than in the previous two thousand years.

In Genesis 5:15-20; 1 Chronicles 1:2; Luke 3:37, son of Mahalaleel and father of Enoch. The King James Version has "Jered" in 1 Chronicles 1:2.

The name is supposed by Budde to denote a degeneration of the human race, the first five generations being righteous, their successors not, except Enoch and Noah. The name has been identified with that of Irad (iradh), Genesis 4:18. See Skinner, Gen, 117, 129, 131.

Not full scale. Just the movers and shakers. I queued for an hour for Confession today at the Divine Mercy celebrations, and there were four priests hearing Confession. Confessions stopped when Mass started so one priest had to stay back and continue hearing Confessions after Mass. Lots of young people there, especially young families in a very working class area.

I pray that the end times prophecy attributed to St. Patrick is accurate. Much though I have always had a fear of the sea, bordering on a phobia, a watery grave is preferable to persecution by the AC.

 

It is rather strange that I can't find any information on Jared's mother.
