This is a beautiful quote from Our Lady of Good Success. Since many years I have believed this relates to the Holy Father Pope em. Benedict. This has been the case metaphorically since 2013, "the Pope a prisoner in the Vatican" (Anna Katharina Emmerich). Now the one who should speak has also physically fallen silent, according to the video posted higher up in this thread. What should the Holy Father speak about? Perhaps the infiltration of the Church, in particular since 2013, perhaps the Third Secret of Fatima? Our Lady knows. The man pictured here is anything but silent.
