I have been trying so hard to pray for Biden and not be mean, but when ever I see him on TV he reminds me of a second grader just trying to hold in his giggles. Even when he is addressing serious issues he acts like he is about to laugh. I don't think he is all there in the head nor even knows anymore what he is about.....
It is painful to watch this man. There is certainly some form of dementia going on, his memory is failing, and when he is not in a familiar situation he is lost and confused. Just speculating but he appears drugged at times, they way he walks, etc. Hard to believe they will be able to cover this up much longer. A sad situation for America.
