I had never heard of this good bishop until watching this video but he was as firm in supporting and confirming the Church's teaching as anyone I've heard of. He sent a message to all the US Catholic bishops decrying the acceptance of homosexuality in its ranks and in the seminaries. He sent his letter in August 2018 and he suddenly died in November of the same year!! Now, if the Church were the Mafia, I would have cause to wonder.....
