You've probably all heard of the "Call to Action" conference held in Detroit, MI in 1976. The document posted here is allegedly the working paper prepared for that conference. This was downloaded from a website that has since disappeared from the interwebs. (ELEPHANTS IN THE LIVINGROOM Website:elephantsinthelivingroom.com)

This conference was held 46 years ago. If you choose to read it, keep that in mind.

    Marriage & Family: Part I
Sister Lucia: Final battle will be over marriage & the family - a proposed timeline

7 December 1965: THE LAST GENERAL MEETING OF THE SECOND VATICAN COUNCIL(have left out details of promulgation of Novus Ordo in what is to follow)

July 1968: Humanae Vitae issued by Pope Paul VI, to the dismay of the "hidden politburo".

September 27, 1968: Winnipeg Stmt published. It is the Canadian bishops' document about rejecting Pope Paul VI's July 1968 encyclical on human life and the regulation of birth.[1] (Keep in mind that Amoris Laetitia has been compared to the Winnipeg Stmt -

June 29, 1972: St. Pope Paul VI ~smoke of satan quote~~~

"I have long heard about Pope Paul VI having referred to the “smoke of Satan” having entered the Church. Usually most references to it do not mention when it was said and in what context. The quote apparently was said on June 29, 1972 by Pope Paul VI on the ninth anniversary of his coronation during a homily given at a mass for the solemnity of Saint Peter and Saint Paul."

1976 Call to Action: Synod #1

    (see previous post)

    1988 ~ DECREE OF EXCOMMUNICATION

From the Office of the Congregation for Bishops, 1 July 1988. Monsignor Marcel Lefebvre, Archbishop-Bishop Emeritus of Tulle,

(Tradition sidelined ~ inadvertently - imho, an example of 2 saints who clashed swords, one of whom is canonized)

December 1990: The Report of the Archdiocesan Commission of Enquiry into the Sexual Abuse
of Children MOUNT CASHEL NFLD (who wants to read this?!? not me)

    (Names of Commissioners:
Take note of Sister Nuala Kenney, one of the group tasked with completing the report.)

    https://bishop-accountability.org/reports/1990_06_Winter_St_Johns/1990_Winter_Volume_1.pdf

    https://bishop-accountability.org/reports/1990_06_Winter_St_Johns/1990_Winter_Volume_2.pdf

(IMHO ~ Not implementing VII properly is overarching reason given for what happened, as opposed to horrid breaches of both the natural & secular law. Vatican II and the Second Vatican Council are mentioned about 102 times in the first document.)

...."The Commission has been told, however, that the renewal process of Vatican II did not really go very far beyond the structural level under Archbishop Skinner, perhaps partly because the 1970s saw a large exodus of men from the priesthood. The Commission is informed that parish priests were not adequately enabled to understand and implement the full message of renewal intended by Vatican 11, though Sunday morning homilies and liturgy managed to include some of the new language used in the documents of Vatican II." ......"The general assumption by many who were aware of those priests with a homosexual orientation was that if some were actively homosexual, it was with adults, but never with children." (as if that was just fine)...."Little is known aoout homosexual sex offenders who abuse post~pubescent male children." ......"The evidence involves a preference for pre-pubescent males. Some of these men were sexually active with a number of adolescent male partners at any given time. They also appear to be homosexual. There is no recorded history in any of these offenders' priesthood years of sexual involvement with female partners.

The Commission does not intend to imply, however, that the sexual abuse of children is simply the consequence of homosexuality or homosexual behaviour. In fact, there is evidence that homosexual persons are, statistically, not the group most likely to abuse children sexually. The specific abuses this Commission has investigated are, therefore, a statistical anomaly, since the abuses for which convictions have been handed down were committed by men who appear, on the evidence assembled, to have been engaging in homosexual behaviour by prefe- rence."......
    (Natural law, anyone?!? Scandal?!?!)

    ......."It is therefore recommended:

    35. that convicted priests never be assigned to pastoral responsibilities in a parish unless the parish council is informed and consulted about the assignment;"

(This #35 is exactly what happened in my own parish, years later. The lady who was head of the council was/is one of the sweetest people you would ever want to meet. She and the parish council, were, from what I heard, bullied into accepting this man or no priest at all. The politburo doesn't care about old fashioned things such as scandal, or who is hurt by it. The Vatican, per se, had nothing to do with this ~ it was all the "local/national politburo)

2002: Dallas Charter - changes nothing - politburo is expanding

    2007: Summorum Pontificum (SP)
~ people start to flock in droves where available, esp young families, to the Mass of the Ages. Some Bishops do all in their power to stomp it out, including the priests and the people who attend.

(The politburo was not exactly obedient or respectful to "Peter", at that time, were they?)

    2009:
    Diocese of Antigonish/Lahey scandal.
(Remember, when Mt Cashel erupted, he was also implicated at that time for having child porn. Then right after his new scandal, we had our own parish scandal. Did the former bishop throw himself down on his sword, or maybe he was thrown under the bus by his own, for the sake of the cause? idk ~ He also totally squashed SP in the diocese. And there were plenty of committees here ~ and mostly the same people are still there today)

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raymond_Lahey

2010: Antigonish gets new bishop. Says we need to heal. (Exact same talking points as in Mount Cashel. Surprisingly, a group requests Mass under SP. Gets the ok, but cannot advertise in bulletin, or anywhere else. ---not mentioning source here for what I hope are obvious reasons, eventually Mass no longer offered)

    2012: Synod of Bishops

The new Bishop of Antigonish says:
......."Those who have been hurt consistently call for a change in certain structures in the Church, but it is not only ecclesial structures that must change," he said, there also must be "a profound change of mentality, attitude and heart in our ways of working with laypeople."

The bishop called for the appointment of pastoral teams of clergy and laypeople to administer parishes, for a formal recognition of "lay ecclesial ministers," and for a "deliberate and systematic involvement and leadership of women at all levels of Church life."

    https://www.catholicregister.org/ho...lls-synod-church-must-respond-to-abuse-crisis

*****(imho, all people wanted was for them stop the abuse at the root, which most in charge still have not acknowledged. Who is ultimately responsible for the ordination of a priest? who is responsible to discern whether a man is truly called to a priestly vocation? The politburo is not capable of this discernment, but it sure can and does spread the blame around if something goes wrong)

"......change in certain structures of the Church and in the mentality, attitude and heart in the ways of working closely with lay persons. These changes could include the appointment of pastoral teams consisting of clergy and laity, an official reflection on and recognition of lay ecclesial ministers, a deliberate and systematic involvement and leadership of women at all levels of Church life, e.g., permitting women to be instituted as lectors and acolytes and the institution of the ministry of catechist. ***Antigonish Diocesan Congress eventually announced.

2013: New Antigonish bishop issues pastoral plan as result of Diocesan Congress (originally called a synod) See attached copy of "Rebuilding Trust and Hope - Pastoral Plan for 2013 to 2018. Includes recommendation for parishes to study expert's book re: abuse. (Sister Kenney, the same "expert" from the Mount Cashel Commission report. The "politburo" has really taken root in North America since 1976. Practice makes perfect.)

    Marriage & Family: Part II
Sister Lucia: Final battle will be over marriage & the family - a proposed timeline

2013: Pope Benedict resigns after having received a report he commissioned. "Everything revolves around the nonobservance of the Sixth and Seventh Commandments," a source close to the cardinals who prepared the report told La Repubblica.

2013: Pope Francis elected. Cognitive dissonance has reached the top echelons now ~ "go make a mess" Natural Law? Secular Law? What's that?

    2014: Synod on Family:

(Let the real destruction begin, it's all about more policies and compromise with the spirit of the world)

2016: Amoris laetitia (The Joy of Love) is a post-synodal apostolic exhortation by Pope Francisaddressing the pastoral care of families.[1] Dated 19 March 2016, it was released on 8 April 2016. It follows the Synods on the Family held in 2014 and 2015.....Amoris laetitia also includes an extended reflection on the meaning of love in the day-to-day reality of family life.

    2018: MacCarrick scandal breaks ~

Dallas charter was obviously useless. Natural & secular law once again shown to be completely ignored. Why? (imho, the politburo despises law, order and common sense.)

16 July 2021: Traditionis custodes (Guardians of the Tradition) is an apostolic letter issued motu proprio by Pope Francis. (Pope Benedict's legacy gets the chainsaw treatment, much like our churches and the Mass did after......)

Oct 2021: The Synod on Synodality is a two-year process of listening and dialogue beginning with a solemn opening in Rome on October 9 and 10, 2021. (The politburo has now overrun everything)

    June 2022: APOSTOLIC LETTER

    DESIDERIO DESIDERAVI

Given in Rome, at Saint John Lateran, on 29 June, the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, Apostles, in the year 2022, the tenth of my Pontificate.

(The chainsaws and hatchets of the

politburo are released once again, along with blowtorches ~ no mercy allowed)

    ~ FIN ~

(This is meant to be a timeline of events explaining how we got where we are now, at least in North America. It's pretty easy to connect dots overseas just by reading the above article from New Ways Ministry. It is not meant to be comprehensive. No doubt someone, someday, will write that book. The entire politburo/system may eventually unite around destroying the natural law, the family, and marriage as intended by God, but I doubt it. It is a complete misuse of free will under the guise of "obedience". Do not be deceived by the baloney. Think of this on many levels: natural family is a man, a woman, children born out their love. The Bridegroom and His mystical bride, ie the Church ~ also a family. (how anyone thinks it makes sense that a woman, or for that matter a man with certain leanings, could stand in for the "Bridegroom", ie Alter Christus, is a mystery to me)

The politburo" has been rolling over our dedicated spiritual fathers (priests) and gaslighting and decimating our families & parishes for literally decades, right under our noses. Our Holy Mother, the Church, has been and will continue to suffer.

We don't know what the next year will bring, but Our Lady wears combat boots!! Let us be sure we have ours on too!! Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us ~
