Having just read Mark Mallett's blog has made me really think. If a lay person like Mark is reading the signs of the times and sounding the trumpets of warning that we are headed for the prison cells. Why does the Pope then continue on his merry way thinking things are going on as normal? Is he asleep? Does he read the signs of the times? Is he ever going to awake from his slumber and become John the Baptist for this age? Read this article first before judging what I have said. It is sobering. https://www.markmallett.com/blog/2017/06/27/when-the-state-sanctions-child-abuse/ Diabolical disorientation has embedded itself in our culture and things are beginning to spiral out of control in the political and social order. Evil is called good and good is called evil. We are soon going to face the biggest challenge of our lives in facing down the tide of evil and filth that is cascading over our civilization and the satanic minions who support the evils of abortion and sexual permissiveness. They are going to try to silence us and imprison us. Are we up for the fight?
One thing is for sure garabandal, and that is there is only two sides to stand on, God or Man. If Pope Francis is not seeing and speaking to alert people to the evils in the presence of the faithful then he is deluded and at best lukewarm. His agenda does not seem to be that of being that "watchman" for our times. Rather, his agenda seems to lean more towards that which our Lady of Fatima warned us on, marriage and family, which his views are not in harmony with scripture or tradition.
The strategy of this Pontificate Has been made clear: to speak boldly about those issues that the Church has in common withe prevailing world mentality (inequality, compassion, ecology, pacificism) so that the Church becomes more relevant to our times and people outside the Church become attracted to it. So the conflicting issues such as gay life, abortion, contraception, divorce, are not omitted but played down, because they provoke people and cause rejection, specially when speaking to a secular audience, such as the US Congress or a secular journal. What do you think of this strategy? I just wonder if we would be here had Jesus, and Peter and Paul followed the same strategy. It makes me think that maybe this pope and many prelates are probably prey to the diabolical disorientation that has permeated the Church to a point that when they do what is clearly against Church Teaching (communion for the divorced and remarried) they think they are doing right.
