    Hi,

Reading the dogmas on the Catholic church, it seems to be the second coming and last judgement are too separate events.

That Jesus observes and judges at the second coming- scripture almost implies it lasts a period of time ( make sure there is oil in your lamp)

But the last judgment he comes in glory for man's judgment that judgment will be public, so everyone will know your sins.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches that there are two judgments for each person. The particular judgment happens right when we die. The Final Judgment is at the very end of time.
The trumpets will sound and the graves will open. We will hear the voice of Jesus. Jesus will judge the sheep and the goats in the Final Judgment. All sins will be revealed at that time, and all of ramifications of our actions will be shown. We will know the justice of God.
Then we are called to our final place, Heaven or Hell.

    CATECHISM OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH:

    681
On Judgment Day at the end of the world, Christ will come in glory to achieve the definitive triumph of good over evil which, like the wheat and the tares, have grown up together in the course of history.

682 When he comes at the end of time to judge the living and the dead, the glorious Christ will reveal the secret disposition of hearts and will render to each man according to his works, and according to his acceptance or refusal of grace.

The warning is intended to get us to change BEFORE it is too late.
When Christ comes again, it is too late.

Agree. End of of the earth, and At the end of time. Two separate Coming’s. We are now at the end times. The Warning will be a mini judgment.

I think that’s what the Apocalypse is all about. An unveiling of much of what our Catechism and Bible mean. It was clear to many Saints, now it will be made clear to the entire world. People will have to choose.

Sorry I meant Apocalypse, not apostasy.
