    Hi all,
Sorry to post a this similar to my other posts.
But I honestly don't think sins are forgiven the last three and a half years of the world.

Malachi Martin said that the third secret was Daniel 12.

Daniel 12 talks about the sacrifice coming to an end and blessed are those who wait three and a half years

Which occurs the same time as chapter 13 ( rev/ apocalypse) which talks about an unforgivable sin .

I'm just confused why the church has never interpretated this.

I have done the first holy Saturdays which is the only thing I cling to, to not put me in despair for my last mortal sin

You are trying to interpret the Bible your own way. The Catholic Catechism will be your guide to the nature of sin, true repentance for sin, the Sacrament of Confession. Just go to Confession. The priest is there in persona Christi. Jesus will absolve you of your sins. Just go. Take the leap of faith. I’m praying that you will do this.

I have read the Bible through a few times and studied it extensively since my conversion 25 years ago. The more I speculate, the more I realize that my limited understanding is nothing, and that God will manifest FIRSTLY to His Church. MY understanding of what you are reading has always been that that the last 3 1/2 years we would be without the EUCHARIST....the Daily Sacrifice, the Holy Mass which appeases God for the sins of the world. Number 1, What makes you so sure that we are IN those 3 1/2 years? Number 2, Why would God reveal something so important to just you, or me, when we have virtually NO ability to spread the message, much less be believed? Is that not why He gave us the Holy Church? The Authority? Anyway, I have come to know that if I hear or feel something I need to compare it with the Catechism. If it's not there, it's either wrong, or has not been completely revealed yet by God. SO...if it's a good thing that's revealed to me, Example: be more devout at Mass, or Pray for this person, I follow it. If it is an End Times thing, I keep it in mind and continue to trust in Jesus and His Church. You seem to be under a temptation of the DEVIL. Soon he will have you believing you know more than the Church. We all know where that leads.... Warning Warning Warning! I would humble myself, stop sinning, go to Confession, and TRUST in Jesus. Believing what you seem to believe is not productive, it is without hope, and goes against everything Jesus taught about salvation.

This sounds to me like a temptation against faith and hope. "His mercy is upon those who fear Him in EVERY generation" and ftom the OT we read again and again "No one who hoped in Me was disappointed..."(Isaiah 49)
In St John we read "He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and save us from all unrightousness"

It is a good thing to live mindfully and carefully for we are in an evil generation for sure but God's promises are for all time.

Hi Padrepio fan, the way you titled this thread 'don't think sins can't be forgiven' you expressed a double negative, so in essence you are saying that yes, sins can be forgiven. Although you may have posted the title in error, I think it may be God trying to show you that sins can and will be forgiven. Faith, faith, faith.

Padrepiofan you sound to have fallen into the trap of scrupulosity. This used to be much more prevalent in the Church when people had a deeper sense of sin.

Scrupulosity beset Luther as a monk and as we know he went off at the deep end. Scripture says that ‘perfect love casts out fear’. I think the solution is to learn to love God at a deeper level. Read Scripture, watch inspiring speakers on YouTube like Frances Hogan. Get to know Our Lady better. She will lead you to Jesus. If you can switch to thinking about God rather than your own faults you will be content. Yes there is judgment but there is also justice. When you despair of yourself think of Jesus and tell him you are all his. Fr Faber wrote that contemplating the Precious Blood and adoring it was of great worth. I love the Precious Blood. Perhaps you have a devotion to the Sacred Heart. This devotion was given to the Church at a time when Jansenism was rife. Jansenists talked a lot about the anger of God and many despaired of his mercy. This was declared a heresy. In contrast the Sacred Heart shows us the burning love of Jesus for all of us.

Absolutely! And I believe that the one making you feel that a sin is unforgivable is the very one who wants to cause you to despair and keep you from confession…that would be satan himself . Please remember, he was a liar from the beginning.
None of us are worthy, but Gods mercy is for everyone…

You user name is in honor of Padre Pio. Read his writings and be encouraged. The Mercy of God is inexhaustible. Why? Because of His personal love for you. Make use of confession. If you have placed yourself under the care of the Two Hearts be at peace. :)

The fact that you have completed the first Saturdays means you are under the protection of Our Lady. :D

Remember, your temptation pertains to a period of time which has yet to occur. If thoughts of that time disturb you, it is obvious JoeJerk is goading you. Meditate on the Love of God for you. Call on your guardian Angel. Remember, he is stronger than the enemy because he is unfettered; not tainted by rebellion. Read the parable of the Prodigal Son in Luke 15!(y)

Safe on the Lap of the Father!

I agree. Perhaps it could be that the 3.5 years begin with the abomination in the Holy Place? I am not sure, perhaps this began with the Pachamama worship in October 2019?

Have the humility to realize your own interpretation of events could be wrong.

    Has mercy ended?
No, we still have Confession, we still have Mass.

the two martyr witnesses of Revelation 11:3 will preach for 1260 days dressed in sackcloth (symbol of penance) which indicates that there will still be a chance of repentance.

Great responses by everyone. To the OP, please go to Confession and just trust the Word of Our Lord through His Priest that you are absolved. Remember, He promised in the Gospel, "Jesus Appears to the Disciples
19 On the evening of that day, the first day of the week, the doors being shut where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.” 20 When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His Side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. 21 Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.” 22 And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit. 23 If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.” (Gospel of St. John 20:19-23).

Beautiful, Terry. Thanks for sharing. Here's the same Litany of the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus in Latin.
